Pros- amazing location with short walk to some great restaurants and bars. The trolley bus to see the manatees is across the road. Wonderfully organised boardwalk to view them. We spent a 3 day stay. In our first room the carpet was very dirty and smelled the aircon vents were covered in black mold as was the window. The bathroom had mold and was in a poor state of repair. Our second room was a great improvement but still shabby and very tired looking. Breakfast was very good indeed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A tired hote...

A simple hotel with simple rooms. All what you need if you stay to spend most of your time outside. Breakfast is the standard US kind. Staff is friendly and helpful. (Was no problem for late check out). Room is large and clean. It is not a new hotel which shows in the building/decorations.

First time we used this motel chain and we are very pleased about our choice .If the room was not so.big, it was clean and very convenient with a frig and microwave. Swimming pool is the cherry on the cake for this motel. Staff was very nice. For the price, breakfast is included which is very .good even if the choice is limited.

I loved the room location as it was directly facing the marina. The sunset view was awesome. We went there on Dec 31st so we were able to see the last sunset of the year! Overall the hotel and staff were great.
