Staffs are very friendly and courteous. The location is very far from stress and pollution and this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the top. Thanks to jerald velasco for giving us the best tour in caramoan and for encouraging me to face my fear of heights to see the secret lagoon. I could not ask for more, we had such a nice stay. Great short vacation trip to Caramoan! This hotel is perfect, I don’t know to you but for me it was! I don’t really have high standards as long as I can sleep perfectly then I’m good. PROS : 1. Walking Distance—Near the “town” you don’t have to ride a tricycle to get to the market if you wanna explore and be with the locals then go! 2. Accomodating staffs, the “owner” even waited for us to arrive at 1 in the morning because of our delayed flight and bus transpo. Great service! 3. Safe room and very Spacious! CONS: 1. Not a beach front, but was just 15-20 minutes tricycle ride to “La Playa—for the boat ride—Island Hopping”. 2. The AC was not that cold but they provided us with FREE electricfan which compensated this CON. Well thats all for me, see and experience it for yourself!

it was our second time to visit caramoan. i was wonderig where we coud stay for a day cause me and my wife only had 2days worth of days off. i tried mentioning different hotels that we could stay in. but she wanted the same place where we stayed last april of 2017 so i booked a room here at Agoda. was surprise when we arrived around 8am that we were kindly enough allowed to check in early.(mind you we weren't charge extra for there hospitality) so we ate our free breakfast which was included in the P1520 fee. by 9:45am me and my wife headed off towards the port for some island hopping. it was a fast reply from the supervisor at the time to contact our boatmen even though yesterday 3/24/2018. southern luzon was experiencing the tail end of a cold front..so due to strong winds it was difficult to find a motorboat for the island hopping.but their staff was very accomodating and fix a tril for us there and then. so by 10am were on the boat. stayed till 1pm cause it was already gloomy and my lady was telling me it was cold. so i paid P1500 for the boat trip. P300 fpr the tricyle who had fetch us back and forth to the hotel and port. i was happy about the room we stayed in. for P1520 it was awesome and way bigger than i expected. the last time we visited, the room was fr P1200 and it was a meh kinda room okish but doable. this time around just by addig P320..i got a mini living room, mini dining room and a mini kitchen/cooking area with stock cabinets and it was fully furnish. and the bed.as expected.i sleep for 9hrs till the day came we had to leave. the airconditioning unit was much appreciated cuse the 1st time we stayed the AC was weak.this time we had a proper AC. the bathroom was fine.tiled and had a large sink and a big mirror. had a hot shower and after enjoyed some movies.it wasn't the cable tv that were use to but it's doable besides we went to Caramoan for the beach and islands not for cable tv. food was OKish. i miss the yellow fin tu

Again the price is right for this place. The owner and staff are the most friendly people, but there are a few things I must mention. Free Wifi and TV is incorrect. There is a beautiful flat screen TV in the room but there is only one local channel and that is blurry. No Wifi. Must bring your pocket Wifi. No Toilet seat and no Toilet paper. Our warm water heater for the shower did not work. Every morning at 5:30 am they chop wood and light a fire for cooking. And that smoke came right into our room through window and aircon. If you book this hotel make sure your room is away from the kitchen.

The La Casa Roa Hostel is a very nice place. This is located at the municipality center of Caramoan. Literally few steps from the public market. We are 12 in the family and booked 2 rooms (A1 and A2) and we ended up renting like a whole house because these two rooms has a common room (family room with sala set). My family really enjoyed our stay because the place is perfect for our group. And the price, very affordable! The place really feels like 'Casa' or 'Home'. It has a very welcoming front-desk and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a dinning place where you can order your food (home cooked!) They have a food menu but you can also request on the type of food you want. They also have a karaoke place where your friends and family can enjoy. Just be mindful of the other guests especially at night. You definitely do not want to miss the Island hopping in Caramoan. This is not included on our room reservations but you can contact the frontdesk so they can assist you. My family didn't expect too much on this place that's why we really enjoyed our stay. Actually, we were surprised on what the place has offered us.

It was a troublesome experience. I cannot contact the contact # or even the hotel, thus resulting for unfortunate events for me. I wasn't well-informed that there were schedules for ferry boats and I missed it, so I was trying to contact the hotel but to no avail so I sought help to local people in Goa, CamSur and was instructed to take the last trip bus that took me 5 hours to travel (instead of 2 hours by boat). And I arrived in the main road of Caramoan at 9:30pm and there was no one for me to pick me up and still cannot contact the hotel. Luckily there were random local people who were travelling going near the hotel so they gave me a ride of their private tricycle (if not of them I am stuck overnight in a very isolated and dark rural area alone). I hate the fact the the contact # I searched in the internet and the one they gave me was "cannot be reached" (or it was turned off) and there's no way you can contact them, and what was worst was the staff didn't know that I am arriving that's why they didn't have the chance to help/assist me. The room was dusty but really spacious and the beds were big. The food menu was limited but the food was really good. The staff were really helpful though. The location was ideal for it was the drop off point for the island hopping tour, but it was really really far from the main road and town proper.

Went to Caramoan for 3D/2N to explore the area and do Island Hopping. The D' Padua Traveller's Camp Hotel looked more of a sleezy motel that a hotel. The rooms we stayed were very small and the beds were uncomfortable. Since it was next to a rice field, there were many insects flying around. They have a videoke that was too loud and very irritating to resting guests. There is no WiFi so nothing else to do when the sun goes down. The free breakfast was very simple. They however have an Island Hopping service. It is near the town, but not much to see or do there.

Our stay was comfortable enough but we did wish we stayed on the beach instead, as there were few places to eat in town and it was not walking distance meaning we had to arrange a ride after dinner which was expensive, we may as well have stayed at the beach. The towels were very questionably stained but otherwise the room was comfortable for the price we paid. One other thing was on our last night we heard a neighbouring guest yelling about his wallet missing in his room and screaming at the staff asking where his money went, which made us feel as though security might be pretty low? Not sure what the situation was but left us with a bad taste in our mouths unfortunately. Rooms were fine.
