"This hotel is really a stone's throw from the beach and has great views of the beach. Book the beach facing views if you would like to wake up every morning to a spectacular view. It might be a little further away from the city and Gamcheon Village but it's conveniently located near to a train station and has lots of eateries and shopping within the vicinity. It's also a 20min bus ride away from the largest premium outlet in South Korea!"

"I booked for Lotte Hotel Busan through Agoda at very good rates and never regretted my decision. We stayed there for just one night wishing we had stayed longer. The staff were very helpful when we arrived. Because we booked the hotel just the night before our stay, we were unable to print out the confirmation slip. But, the hotel staff were very nice to escort us to the communications room to access my email for it. Lotte hotel is also very strategically located. If you're taking the subway, the hotel itself is connected to the underground subway system. That helped us a lot when it rained in Busan, because we could get to the hotel without getting single drop of water on us!:) Lotte hotel is also connected to the Lotte Departmental Store and Underground shopping stores where we did most of our shopping. I believe the best feature for the hotel is ultimately their strategic location which is hassle-free, easy to access and right in the heart of Busan!"

"This hotel will be a good option once is completed and their staff trained in basic hospitality skills. I recommend you call ahead before making a reservation to ensure what you want is available at the price your are booking. I did not get the single bed, breakfast or gym as advertised. They gym still under construction. I think in a few months, the hotel will be a solid option for those who want to be a that beach. I would get the rooms with beach view for an espectacular view. No much night life on this end of Busan."

"Though this hotel is classified as economic accommodation, I found its location, amenities , cleanliness, services were compared favourable with those 5 stars hotel. Especially on the automatically functional multi-purpose toilet bowl and the impressive service of travel route planning by the hotel manager, distinct its competitiveness while leaving us with the most remarkable staying experience ever in Korea . The manager was responsible and committed in communicating with our driver for the best travel routes with some not-to-missed points of interest upon check-out the hotel to airport for evening departure. This widen our travel experiences there without waste. We will surely visit this hotel when travelling Busan again!"

"Very convenient modern business hotel for shopping, Spaland, Lotte cinema, Bexco Convention Center, Busan Museum of Art & subway station. Clean rooms with very good shower facility. We had an Executive room which was pretty small but well laid out. The view was non-existent. Staff allowed us to check in much earlier than standard check-in time, however, which was very welcome. We didn’t book breakfast. Had hoped to grab coffee & pastry in the coffee shop in the lobby, but discovered that it doesn’t open until 10am. That was disappointing. There are a couple of Starbucks coffee shops only a few minutes walk away that open from 8am, though, so no problem. As is the pattern in so many Korean hotels, the indoor pool only opens in July & August. Never understand why this is the case, but hey ho, it’s Korea. Would stay here again on condition we could secure a room with a view. Looking into the side of another building really isn’t what I expected when I booked an Executive room. "
