Best hotels & accommodations in Boston (MA)

Large Hotel- staff helpful and courteous but quite impersonal as expected at a large busy hotel, and this is as we like them to be. Suprisingly quiet in our room considering the size of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Food very good in the bar and restaurant areas- at reasonable prices. We stayed for 5 nights and this was just right to explore ...

A classic Boston experience at an iconic hotel where the likes of JFK, Malcolm X, and Nathaniel Hawthorne passed through during their life journeys. Excellent proximity to the Financial District, Government Center, Faneuil Hall. Indeed, few destinations of interest in Boston are not within walking distance (5-30 minutes) and the Government Center T station (for local s...

Attentive staff, historic charm and terrific location made my business trip to Boston Park Plaza Hotel a pleasure. For a better price than convention center hotels, this was close to Boston Commons with walkable neighborhood bistros and shops, and I could get to convention meetings easily. My room was clean and snug but comfortable. A hotel built in 1927 will not be t...

Battery Wharf is an excellent choice for short stay trips to Boston. Location is superb ... 5 minute walk along the picturesque waterfront to Long Wharf, Aquarium, Quincy Market and right next door to the North End, with all the wonderful Italian eateries, and Paul Revere house. Almost all of the rooms have fabulous water views, and it's a very quiet location, right ne...

Great location with the train station, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, 7-11, and McDonalds all on the same block. The hotel is upscale, but not over the top where you feel out of place. Rooms were immaculate. We had a Fenway room with perfect view of the park. Good elevators with no long waits. It is expensive, but only a bit more than many hotels in Boston. Parking is...

I am very pleased to have stayed here during my week-long business trip to Boston. The hotel is fresh yet nostalgic... especially with lifts having a wooden interior and gold trims. The location was simply amazing. Walking distance to a couple of malls and other great shops. Having the metro station basically right in front of the hotel made my daily commute a breeze...

The stay at Doubletree Boston Downtown was an excellent start of a very nice holiday in the US for us. It's situated very close to the Boston Commons (public park) and a "T-Line" station (Subway). The staff was very helpful in helping me find a running course close to the hotel and recommended a very nice restaurant close-by (Jacob Wirth). Room was clean, tv had a lot ...

My partner would of wanted a mini fridge and more trash cans. Only issue i had was the woman who checked me in wrote down the wrong room number. She wrote 503 so i tried unlocking 503 and figured i’d Try 502 and 502 unlocked. Other than that, great stay, affordable rooms. I WILL be back again when i come to visit. It’s the perfect place to stay, next to a lake, next t...

The location for this hotel was central to most of the activities we did while staying in Boston. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This was a large room with simple but decent amenities. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The terrific price through an online booking site and the central Boston location, steps from Symphony Hall and the Green Line, made it a perfect choice for my stay. AND, since I was in town for a concert at Fenway, their offer of one night of free parking if you're attending...

This was one of the cheaper hotels in Boston, but it does the trick if you just need a place to crash and leave your stuff, and don't need a luxurious hotel experience. There's not much happening in the surrounding area, but it's not too far a walk to some of the more happening locations (about 10-15 min walk). Room was small but big enough bed. Beware that the shower ...

I had to bring my mother into Boston the night before her surgery and found a great rate online for this BW hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially in the morning when I came back after bringing my mom to the hospital at 5:30 AM. The woman serving breakfast brought me coffee then took my dirty dishes when I was done. I also heard her giving dire...

If you happen to stay overnight to continue flying the next day, then this might be a good option. Note, if you are to book further in advance you won't be stuck paying extremely high prices for a typical room stay; as I did. The staff was tremendously helpful during my stay. I can only wish that with such prices their would have been a continental breakfast include...

On landing at Boston Logan airport and clearing customs we contacted the hotel for the free shuttle which arrived within two minutes. Check in took only minutes as did checkout made easy by attentive staff. The room (king) was large and clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. Free coffee was available all day and the complimentary buf...

After reading the recent reviews I was a little worried about this hotel and was relieved to find it was absolutely fine. It is next to the Back Bay Amtrak station so very convenient if that’s the way you are arriving in Boston as we did. The area is very lively and everything in Boston is within walking distance. The hotel itself was extremely clean and the rooms a...

The hotel is conveniently located. Front desk staff, Cal, and the concierge team were most helpful and welcoming. All was great until housekeeping on the last day of my stay. Though the chambermaid dried up the restroom, she knocked over my toiletries. After shifting some of the items in the restroom during the cleaning, she also failed to put them back to their origi...

Stayed here for 3 nights and found the location very desirable especially being next to a 24 hours supermarket. It's proximity to Copley T-station means connection to Long Wharf, New England Aquarium and Boston Common are very accessible. Doormen are always friendly. Unfortunately, housekeeper threw away my wife's skin care product.

I work for a major US airline. We travel all over the world. Boston is where our daughter lives, so we head up often. This visit was by far the best value we have experienced in over 6 yrs of trips to Boston. The friendliest staff ever! Fabulous location and clean rooms.

Came to Boston to see a game at Fenway Park, and this hotel was very convenient for that purpose. Location was one block to the Metro Green Line, and about a half hour to reach the ball park. The rest of the city was also easily within reach. On site Parking was a big plus and reasonable at $20 per night for our weekend stay. The room was a basically a standard hotel...

This is a great hotel and the location is the best. The hotel has great facilities, starting with a fun bar downstairs. The gym is really well equipped with Lifefitness equipment and lots of it. We had a Junior suite that overlooked Copley Place. As soon as you walk out the front door, you are in Copley Place and that is the place to start in Boston. It is only two blo...

We had planned to stay in Boston for the first three nights of our holiday so that we would be able to recover from jet lag and be able to explore the city. The Back Bay Hilton was excellent - the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the location excellent for access to the 'T' network and interesting points in the city.

If you're looking for an awesome experience with a fantastic staff then you HAVE to stay at the Verb. The entire setup is cool, with a record player in every room and hundreds of records to choose from. My girlfriend is from Boston so we had a several places to choose from in regards to our stay and the Verb will be our go to hotel whenever we decide to go back. Sam, H...

The hotel is only a short walk to the subway station to go anywhere in Boston. However, it doesn't have much to offer in terms of food and other facilities. There is no pool and the exercise room is very small. Only one small café next to the hotel and the food wasn't that great. The hotel offered an optional simple breakfast with limited selections. The room is on ...

Nice hotel with even nicer staff. We were in town for a concert at Fenway and when we couldn't get a cab. Marlennys (sic?) who was already working so hard, took the time to give us a ride so we wouldn't be late. That's going way above and beyond! Matt took real good care of my special request for some treats in my room for after the show. The room was very nice, super ...

The front desk staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Great local food recommendations! I have a few complaints. The fan didn’t work in our bathroom. I was told that the fan was always on, but there was no suction. Also, the first night we stayed there was no top sheet. Just the duvet cover and it was ripped. And the bottom fitted sheet didn’t ...

I arrived at the Godfrey after 1 am and resigned myself to paying the added fee ($55) for the valet. I parked the car curbside, about 20 feet up from the hotel entrance but within the valet-designated area. I didn't take care to park it very close to the curb because I assumed my car would be moved within minutes. It was actually sort of sticking out into the traveling...

We arrived for a 2 day visit in Boston and had a bit of trouble to find the hotel, only a small sign outside and easy to miss. Checkin was easy, the staff were great especially with our kids. Rooms are small but it is in the city centre so it was expected. Very clean and tidy room and very quiet. Location was perfect for walking around and plenty of places to eat nearb...

We were super happy with our stay. Best yet, for a group, we could book one of the suites and it provided enough space for 4 adults to stay comfortably for a night. Being able to book one room instead of two was a great value for money. Shuttle to and from airport was incredibly helpful and made getting to the airport painless. Would absolutely recommend for any wit...

We stayed at this hotel while waiting for our flight out of Boston. It was located in the Chelsea are of Boston. There is a train stop nearby but we prefer to use Lyft to travel around Boston. There is a large mall across the street from the hotel. The room was large and very clean. Check in and out was fast. Free airport transfer every 30 minutes from the hotel.

Overall this hotel was ideal for us as first time visitors to Boston. Very close to many of the places we wished to walk to, stations, markets, waterfront etc etc. Chilled water bottles on each floor was a nice touch, as well tea/coffee & snacks in the foyer. The only issue we had was the advertised size of the room. Stated as 37sq M in size but actually nearer 25. Ask...

The room is small but clean and very convenient because of the free internet in the room. The location is also good and the service is very commendable. The only complaint is the noise pollution from being located near Boston Medical Center. The price is a little bit too high when compared to the other hotels in Boston in same service. If price is lower, surely I wi...

The main reason for staying at an airport hotel is its easy accessibility to the airport. This hotel fits the bill and provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport. This has to be the best gem of a hotel in the US! For Boston, the price was so reasonable, the hotel staff very friendly and helpful, the bed was just so comfortable and the suite spacious. To have such a wonderful buffet breakfast in the mornings was certainly "the icing on the cake". It was handy to the town by rail and the area was safe to walk. Also, it was ver...

Our pleasant experience at the Nine Zero made this a girls weekend to remember. We usually do not pay much attention to booking accomodation because we do not plan to spend much time in the hotel - especially in a city like Boston. Upon arrival the valet staff and concierge were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to have arrived just in ti...

Just returned from 4 day stay in Boston. The hotel was very good. Clean and large rooms with microwave, medium size fridge, coffee maker and views of Boston skyline. Unfortunately no In room safe to store valuables. Breakfast was more than sufficient with cereals, porridge/oatmeal, eggs, bacon, biscuits, bagels, bread, pastries, juices, tea and coffee. The hotel is nex...

At the time of booking, this was the most reasonably priced hotel for a location close enough to fully experience Boston. We really like the rooms at this hotel: roomy with full high end kitchen. Staffs are helpful and accommodating, especially at breakfast. Breakfast menu is decent with mostly health conscious items. Located by the convention center, it’s in a ni...

We have stayed in several Marriot's and have enjoyed them, however, this one was not as nice. The location was great, but there was no parking, we had to park across the street and the hotel does not validate, at least it was cheaper then the 58 dollar valet parking. At other Marriot's they offer coffee in the lobby. When spending a great deal of money on a room it wou...

ideally located in back bay, this guest house hotel was a pleasing departure from the norm. situated on the boutique shop and restaurant-lined newbury street, which has picturesque boston common at one end and the renowned berklee music college at the other. boston is a walking city and despite an excellent public transport network - i found the location perfect for ...

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Coming from Logan , the silver line bus to south station stops at the waterfront after it comes out the tunnel under the harbour and the Renaissance is right there. Couldn't be simpler and the bus service is frequent. Pleasant walk to the town - do try the Barking Crab for seafood and a relaxed setting

We stayed at The Revere for a couple of nights during October 2019, and we absolutely loved it. The interior design was exceptional. The bed was amazing, like sleeping on a cloud - the best bed we've ever slept on. Flat screen TV with local channels as well as Netflix and other streaming services was very nice. Toiletries were great. The bathroom was a bit small, but f...

Overall we had a good experience. Pros: The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is located near Boston aquarium, Boston financial district, Faneuil Hall, translation and Seaport District. The Boston Harbor Hotel deserve the five star ⭐️ rating! The staff, the rooms, the restaurants make it a memorable stay. The location is very convenient and the view of the Harbor makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it! It is worth the price and the memories!

Its a beautiful and and colourful city. it is also home to wonderful and famous universities and colleges, as well as arts and American history.
Quincy market is the must visit place of Boston, it is a place that you can find super great food with lower price! and it is near harbor, so after enjoying the food, you may just walk to the harbor, have a relax afternoon, or visit aquarium.
