"Battery Wharf is an excellent choice for short stay trips to Boston. Location is superb ... 5 minute walk along the picturesque waterfront to Long Wharf, Aquarium, Quincy Market and right next door to the North End, with all the wonderful Italian eateries, and Paul Revere house. Almost all of the rooms have fabulous water views, and it's a very quiet location, right next to the US Coast Guard base. Of special note, is the water taxi service directly at the hotel, which will take you to a variety of locations along the waterfront ...... we really enjoyed the ability to take the water taxi over to the airport upon our departure, a rare treat in a large city. A great way to end what for us, was a fabulous Boston stay. Rooms are very well appointed, with large screen wall TV, Nespresso coffee maker, and luxury bathroom room amenities."

"Everything about this hotel is pretty outstanding. So, while the price is steep, it is well worth it. It is a gorgeous building in a fantastic location and the staff and housekeeping is top-notch. Of special mention is a very enthusiastic and helpful young man who checked us in- Jason Lee. He gave us such a warm welcome and anticipated all our needs that we were utterly impressed even before we stepped into our room which was v spacious and elegant and comfortable in an understated way. I hv been to many 5 and 6 star hotels for work as well as leisure and i know how rare it is to receive top-notch service and genuine hospitality. I had a not-so-good experience the next day with a female staff at reception(unfortunately Jason was not on duty) and not only was she rather lukewarm in her service, she very nearly ruined my uber trip by typing in the wrong address on my phone. I had asked her to verify the pickup point but she insisted on retyping my address but got it wrong instead. "

"Attentive staff, historic charm and terrific location made my business trip to Boston Park Plaza Hotel a pleasure. For a better price than convention center hotels, this was close to Boston Commons with walkable neighborhood bistros and shops, and I could get to convention meetings easily. My room was clean and snug but comfortable. A hotel built in 1927 will not be the same as a shiny new glass tower, and if you expect that, and appreciate the charm of another era, then you’ll be quite happy here."

"Stayed here for 3 nights and found the location very desirable especially being next to a 24 hours supermarket. It's proximity to Copley T-station means connection to Long Wharf, New England Aquarium and Boston Common are very accessible. Doormen are always friendly. Unfortunately, housekeeper threw away my wife's skin care product. "

"Best affordable option for Boston. People of all ages use this hostel. Clean. Modern. Very close & central to everything. Plenty of shower units around the landing. Was a bit tight for space in the bedroom but ok. Reception staff were a bit miserable except for 1or 2. Free breakfast. I noticed some ladies who were retired using this place so it must have good reputation. "

"This was one of the cheaper hotels in Boston, but it does the trick if you just need a place to crash and leave your stuff, and don't need a luxurious hotel experience. There's not much happening in the surrounding area, but it's not too far a walk to some of the more happening locations (about 10-15 min walk). Room was small but big enough bed. Beware that the shower door is built faulty -- after every shower the bathroom floor was soaked. Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap is from a dispenser and the cleaners didn't bother to refill it after it ran out on our first night. Everything felt clean though. They charge you an automatic $15/day for waters, tea and coffee and they leave you 2 bottles of water in the room every day and in the lobby. so keep that in mind and take advantage of what you are forced to pay for. Decor is stylish and they have Netflix available too."

"The room is small but clean and very convenient because of the free internet in the room. The location is also good and the service is very commendable. The only complaint is the noise pollution from being located near Boston Medical Center. The price is a little bit too high when compared to the other hotels in Boston in same service. If price is lower, surely I will definitely visit again. "

"We stayed at The Revere for a couple of nights during October 2019, and we absolutely loved it. The interior design was exceptional. The bed was amazing, like sleeping on a cloud - the best bed we've ever slept on. Flat screen TV with local channels as well as Netflix and other streaming services was very nice. Toiletries were great. The bathroom was a bit small, but functional and well equipped. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from Boston Common. The staff was kind and helpful. We hope to stay again soon!"

"Overall we had a good experience. Pros: The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is located near Boston aquarium, Boston financial district, Faneuil Hall, translation and Seaport District. Within 5 to 10 minute walk there plenty of local restaurants offering fresh seafood. Cons: Guess it's a new hotel room design (W hotel in Boston has the same thing) has a opening between the bathroom and bedroom - even with the sliding glass one can hear everything. Selected and paid extra for the waterfront view, and yes technically if you stand in the corner of the room and look diagonal through the window you will see water; but the main view was of the other side of the hotel."
