Nice lobby helpful staff make you feel welcome. Outdoor pool area was disappointing. Bonita Springs is lacking in activities and attractions. Adjacent to the hotel is a new center 25th excellent restaurants and shops.

I booked our room for a 5 night stay in January. When I arrived on March 21st I was given a handicapped room. This was very inconvenient for us as the shower was very difficult to use and there was no vanity in the bathroom to allow room for a wheelchair. Everything in the room was waist high including the rod in the closet so I couldn't hang some of my clothes. Wh...

The only issue I had was I asked the front desk to tell housekeeping for an extra pillow as we were using the pull out couch. Didn't receive one. Asked again the second day and received one. I think there is a HUGE language barrier with the housekeeping staff. Most were friendly and cleaned the room very well.

I highly recommend this place for quick trips or even a small family stay. The office staff was excellent. The rooms were great and very clean. The restaurant had delicious food and the wait staff was awesome. I will definitely stay again. J. Stanley
