"The beds are VERY comfortable! But, this hotel is geared toward the business traveler. I was looking for a hotel that included breakfast. They have breakfast, but you have to pay for it. The two bottles of water in your room are "complementary"if you are a certain level reward member, otherwise, they charge you $2 per bottle. Our bathtub drain was clogged, so we weren't able to take showers the first night and as a result, they gave us free breakfast. It was a step above, in that they do allow you to order eggs, omelets, pancakes, bacon in addition to the continental buffet. There's a Hampton Inn that is across the parking lot that they advised includes breakfast with your stay. It is a convenient location to stay when visiting downtown Chicago rather than paying the $500+ a night for a downtown hotel."
