We had a laundry service and paid for 50€......There is no menu before we doing this stupid thing.

I spent 6 nights here, during which time I found the hosts to be extremely friendly and helpful. My room from which I could walk straight out into the garden and the refreshing pool had all I needed. For one or two nights this is a good place to stay. Simple but cheap. Clean. Nothing bad to say.

all staffs I met was very kind and customer-oriented. Unfortunately I just stayed one night. But if I have chance to visit Arles again, I will not hesitate to stay here.

Best price in Arles. Good heating system in winter. Single room is not bad. Good system. Near the one restaurant baffalo grill...anyway...good!

Very clean and lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Sebastian who met us on arrival was really very helpful and spent time answering our questions and showing us points of interest on a map of Arles.

Had somewhat of a difficult time locating it due to it hidden behind a sad looking fence, there to give the outside patio privacy from the busy street. Outside patio untidy and not welcoming. Was well located in older part of city with excellent access to roads heading in and out of Arles. Room was authentically French and comfortable with basics, although no kettle for tea/ coffee.

The Hotel Arles Plaza is an excellent hotel for anyone wishing to visit the old city, but to stay in a modern property a five minute walk from the old city. This summer the heat was quite something in Arles, and the hotel was thankfully well air conditioned. That, and the pool, made for a refreshing break. The Reception was warm and friendly. They were flexible and helpful. The rooms and hotel are all a bit dated and need some repairs, but that also adds to the Charm. The grounds are beautiful (although the trees and landscaping need professional maintenance). The whole place had a great feel to it and it has actually made our holiday.

A pretty poor hotel. Two stars.

The host was so welcoming and the breakfast was good enough to start a day. Croissant, baguette, yogurts, juice, tea, coffee and jam as I remember.

We got a very warm welcome from the owner Gerard when we arrived. The room was in beautiful condition and had air-conditioning, important when travelling in Provence in July. The drive in to Arles is less than 10 minutes on scenic little back roads. Would stay again.

Great location for driving and visiting Provence. The cabin has every essential. The check in and check out process were smooth. Other add on facilities were slightly disappointing such as restaurant and family play area and lack of breakfast options.
