The young lady on duty at Reception -Nadege - was particularly kind and helpful to us as we are both handicapped.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Poor internet in room, needed to access from the lobby. We can't comment on the food as we didn't eat here. No small refrigerator in the room, which would have been helpful and with good internet would have fulfilled our 4 star rating
All staffs are nice and kind. and I can go straight from train station in Alibi. On getting off the train, I can see the hotel. It is very good location.

Free parking with close walk makes arrival simple. Hotel is wonderfully designed and service personal excellent. Highly recommend.
We arrived early room not guite ready lovely lady on reception asked if we would like to wait then offered us coffee and very nice biscuits room was very clean and had a view of the river breakfast was great lots of choice friendly attentive staff walking distance to all sight would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
