This is a good value option when you want to stay in the middle of Aix-en-Provence. The only downside are the stairs, particularly if you are elderly. Perhaps ask for a room on Level 1 rather than Level 2 if stairs are an issue for you. The staff were helpful and friendly. Public parking is only a block away at Parking La Rotonde.

A comfortable, clean and centrally located boutique hotel that is excellent value. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I visit Aix. It is walking distance to many restaurants and downtown attractions.

Just back from Nice Le meridian via self drive , they can help you to park , very efficient service. The Natve English speaking receptionist is very kind and helpful when I check in. This is a great place for a short stay in Aix en Provence. It is a little way out of main centre so helps if you have a car and a good sense of direction! It is clean and the bed was good. there is great dining in the hotel and coffee and tea makinh facilities. It is very quiet and there is plenty of parking.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This is a cosy hotel in a great location with modern facilities. The breakfast offering is simple, delicious and includes fresh local delicacies. It's located within walking distance to most of the city's major attractions. Although it's located in the center of the city's busiest neighborhood, there is no problem with noise.

We drove from Nice for a 1 night stay at Novotel Hotel. Our stay was great, location may be a distance away from city center however we drove so it's fine. Hotel staff was friendly to give recommendations around the are. Overall a nice experience.

This is my first time to visit Aix en Provence! I was really glad that I stay here! inside room were having small kitchen to prepare your food or microwave to use. staff were soooooo friendly (thanks to Marc and Beatrice!) if I have any other chances to visit Aix, I would definitely to stay here once again!

when in the hotel, you feel as if you are secluded in a isolated castle, however this hotel is only about a 20 min walk from the center of aix en provence. the staff was courteous. the room were very well decorated but small. the washrooms did not fit with the setting and felt more like a 1970s motel washroom. free wifi was available and much appreciated.

This hotel is really close to the centre of Aix-en-Provence, so you can walk to anyway you like. The room was spacious and tidy. It has an underground car-park as well. Just remember to ask the staff for the password before you arrive.

Smallest en-suite ever Couldn't close door when using washbasin. Reasonably clean, but very cramped. Ground and lower ground floors rather smelly and you can hear everything going on upstairs, downstairs and next door despite this being an ancient solid building. Great for Aix city centre and cool in extreme heat.

Hotel des Augustins, even if it is very centrally located in Aix en Provence, just next to the famous Cours Mirabeau, has nothing special to be mentioned. Rooms are small, but clean.
