Great, small hotel- in the center of the city!!!!”

My short stay at City Center Hotel was an over all pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located in the center of the city, living up to its name, "City Center Hotel". You can get to anywhere in Baguio quite conveniently from its location. You can easily walk to the public market, Burnham Park, shops, eateries and the church. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially those in the reception area. The guard on duty welcomes you on entrance and offers assistance for transport service when you leave. The room I was billeted in was a twin deluxe. The room was small, but the beds were comfortable, with linens and toiletries. The big, curtained windows offer a view of the bustling street below. The restroom was clean. Good wifi signal was great for online activities. A nice start to a busy day is a breakfast at Beanstalk. Good food! The only downside was their lack of vehicle parking. I would definitely recommend and would book my stay there when I get back. Thanks!!!

Very close to landmarks, affordable and great staff”

We enjoyed our stay so much! We can't wait to be back already. Very courteous, accommodating and kind staff; great view and location. We arrived at the hotel past 2PM, but the staff let us check-in early since our room was already prepared. He gave us free complimentary breakfast for 2 days as our booking at Agoda didn't include meals. The room is spacious enough for us. Cable TV, Aircon and Hot and cold shower working. Provided towels, tissues, soap and shampoos. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast from the restaurant is also good, with brewed coffee. If I could suggest some improvements or upgrades on our room - I hope they provide in-house slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a cabinet for clothes. (These are just suggestions for upgrades as the room is already great, but they will come in handy to future guests). It will be highly appreciated if they do provide this sometime in the future. If they do, then everything would be perfect!!! The only problem we encountered is the WiFi. But when we reported it, the staff took action immediately. They reset the WiFi and it functioned properly from then onwards. Above all, CCH is a great hotel. Very accessible to all tourists spots in Baguio, affordable, amazing service, very very comfortable rooms. 2 thumbs up! Session Road was beautifully decorated with lights this holiday season and it made our stay more memorable - definitely gonna come back with a longer stay next time! Thank you City Center Hotel!!!

Convenient Place! Near to Everything”

It made our first time stay in Baguio easy and convenient. Walking distance from almost everything: SM Baguio, Burnham Park, Baguio Market, Baguio Cathedral and the bus terminal to name a few. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are kind and courteous. For those who's complaining about poor wifi connection, nah. You just have to try more than once and once you're connected, wifi is ok naman. Definitely, we'll stay here again. Thanks, City Center Hotel, my family loved our Baguio vacation. :)

Excellent Service”

I booked personally for my brother who will attend for a seminar. I'm looking for a hotel which is near Session Rd and found this hotel thru Agoda. I booked online for 2 nights and 3 days. When my brother arrived at the hotel last March 2, he called me and told me his experiences with the hotel. Starting from the friendly staff who accommodated him very well and also a free breakfast for 2 days which is not part of the package but was given to him as a complimentary. According to my brother, the facilities were very good and the room was nice and clean. He really enjoyed staying at City Center Hotel! Next time I or we will visit Baguio, surely that City Center Hotel would be the top of my choices. Kudos to all staff of this hotel.

Highly recommended hotel at the town center”

City Center Hotel is within a short walking distance to various restaurants and shopping areas, like the Porta Vaga Mall and the public market. It’s also near Baguio Cathedral, SM Baguio, and even the bus terminal. The room is comfortable and spacious with big window and a glimpse of the Session Road. It ’s also great that the hotel has cafe where complimentary breakfasts for guests are served. Meals, hot and cold drinks, cakes, and pastries are also available for sale. Guests can also leave their luggages at the hotel’s front desk upon check-out if they still have shopping to do. Overall, it’s a great accommodation and I really felt at home.

A Place To Be”

First I was given a complimentary stab for free breakfast, awesome right? and mind you 3 stabs for 3days.. Then they let me check-in earlier I think i checked in around 9am. Choose the room an the 6th floor if you want a strong wifi connection and hushed floor. I did requested for that cause I was there for exam review. The receptionist both on AM & PM shift is very approachable, even the other staff as well. The room itself is nice, simple yet classy. They have heater so there's no problem to take a bath..however, I suggest they should install a bidet (not a tissue person..lolz). Another thing, the lack of smoking area is a problem to me cause I do smoke, though there's a smoking area at the Beans Stalk, but you need to buy something there first, and its always full specially at night, though late at night you can have your smoke outside the hotel. As for me I had to go to SM just to smoke..hehehe The place is accessible, 15mins walk to SM, 10mins walk to Baguio Cathderal and Bus terminal Thus, this is a place to be if you want/need to have a simple yet classy and safe stay in Baguio City.

Great Location, nice staff”

Pros: Hotel is at the heart of Baguio, a lot of establishments around, walking distance to Burnham Park & Night market..The room i booked is very spacious & perfect for the whole family. Clean room & comfy bed, toilet is okey. The one that standout is they are very generous enough to have a complimentary breakfast for the 5 of us @ Beanstalk Cafe..(Love the ambiance) Staff is nice & responsive & they allowed us to early check in w/o charge. Cons: There was very noisy construction during night time they are drilling infront of the hotel. for at least 3hours i think .-It affects also the cable programs & wifi (according to the front desk) HBO & other intl chanels disappear & no wifi in our room (it happens on the last 2 days of our stay) but In general, it was a great stay indeed! Thank you City Center Hotel for being a part of our memorable family vacation.! Highly recommended.

True value for money's worth”

We used to book in more expensive hotels in baguio that are quite far from city proper. We had coffee at beanstalk and learned from people sitting at the lobby that it is a hotel and facilities are good. So i booked in this hotel for an overnight stay. Location is good, 5 minutes walk to the public market. The eateries are all over the place. Burnham is a block away and so is the night market. The hotel is clean, sheets are white and clean and it has an airconditioning unit, wow. Compared to the 5 star hotels in baguio. What more can you ask for, even the staff and front desk were very courteous and gracious. I highly recommend this place and will surely return to this place.

we went to Baguio few days ago from Manila. we arrived early that day around 9am and since we'd like to start roaming around, we requested to leave our bags at City Center Hotel.To my surprise, they allowed us to check in early and not only that, free breakfast is included which shouldnt be on our booking.Lastly, we are also able to leave our 5 bags after check out! Awesome right? The room is wide and clean, they have daily cleaning:towels and blankets were changed, toiletries were replenished.Staffs are courteous and friendly. Location is very near to attractions.Taxi's are available just outside the hotel. Downside? very minimal..and it wont affect our best experience!!! Thank you City Center!😙

Pros a) The hotel is situated at the heart of the summer capital of the Philippines -thereby making your travel trips more accessible to the top destinations in Baguio City b) Hotel room was clean and very comfortable both for rest and staycation c) Relatively affordable hotel (2-2.2K per night) d) Continental Breakfast is included in the hotel package e) Very accommodating and friendly hotel staff Cons a) I'm just a little bit disappointed since there were no free bottled drinking water which are usually given for free by other hotels b) Since it is located in the center of Baguio, there will be times in which you will be able to hear the noises outside of the hotel Overall hotel visit experience: ~4/5

Baguio Escapade 2017”

This is my 2nd time to stay at this hotel and definitely will come back. Breakfast is not included upon booking via Agoda but to my surprise, we were given Complimentary Breakfast coupon for two upon check-in. Location of this hotel is at the heart of Baguio City, the famous session road where major restaurants and other establishment is located. Hotel staff/s are friendly, accommodating and very considerate. The only problem is that, there is no parking lots for hotel guest with car. You will have to pay for an overnight parking to a nearby parking area or at sm-baguio city. Other than this, my overall experience at this hotel is super okey! highly recomendable!

Quick Gateway”

The hotel's location is very strategic and convenient in the middle of Baguio city. A big plus for us is it is near Visco's which is the best cake shop in Baguio for us. Also, we availed the room without breakfast and when we arrived the hotel gave us free breakfast for 2 days. The breakfast were so good and I really love the ambiance of the cafe. We also arrived an hour before our check-in time but they allowed us to do an early check-in which was so convenient for us. Overall, I'm really happy with out stay. The staffs were so friendly as well. I'll definitely stay here for my future Baguio gateways and would totally recommend this hotel to my friends. ❤

Great place to stay”

Situated at the center of Baguio City, different places of attractions are close by. Despite being at Session Rd, it is quite and as a traveller you can rest well. Very accessible to food places, taxis, jeepney stations. Staffs were accommodating and the place is very clean. Not to mention the delicious breakfast, food they offer at the beanstalk cafe which is on a reasonable price. Needless to say, I will be going back to stay here when visiting Baguio.

We booked a Standard Queen for 1 night. Staff was very friendly. We had a few requests because our arrival time got moved and we had to change our itinerary; and the staff were very accommodating. For those first time visiting Baguio, this is along Session Road which is one of the prime streets of the city filled with restaurants, cafes, stores, banks, etc. You'll never go hungry here with some stores open 24 hours. Catching a taxi at anytime of the day to and from the hotel is easy. You can walk to the market, church, and mall. Room amenities were okay for the price. As commented by others, bathroom needs a bidet. Lighting in the room could be brighter. And yes, there's a heater for the shower and sink. Room was clean. Since this is located along the busy street of Session Road, it can be a bit noisy. Our room was not facing the main road so the noise level was tolerable. I don't recommend this hotel for those doing staycations because of that. Overall, considering the price and convenient location, this is an excellent hotel.

Nice place”

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Staff greets you each time they see you. They clean the rooms everyday and replaces shampoos and soaps everyday. They will provide you new stocks everyday even if you didn't use the last they provide. Our booking doesn't come with a free breakfast but they give us a free meal for our entire stay (the hotel manager claims that it is upon management discretion if they will provide meals for agoda clients). The food is prepared by the beans talk cafe, it was good and cooked well. The hotel is clean and is accessible to session road. A good deal since almost everything is within the city. But please remember to not to smoke inside the room (and i repeat.. DO NOT ATTEMPT), they are strict with the penalty.. believe me.. been there hahaha... But we will definitely stay again when visiting baguio. The rooms have aircondition. If you don't want to open the window as there are a lot of cars and jeepneys outside, you can close the window and open the aircondition. Their television also has a usb and sd card outlet where you can watch using these. Online reservation is necessary as they are fully booked most of the time. And going there as a walk in customer has a very nil chance of getting booked.

It one of our most relaxing stays in Baguio. Although the room wasn't quite that big, it was clean and complete. Yes, no bidet, but they provide the tabo! :) Staff were very friendly. We were able to leave our bags in their storage since we came in too early for check-in. They also provided complimentary breakfast for us. City Center is exactly what it's named for. It's along Session road and accessible to wherever you want to go in Baguio, even up to La Trinidad. Very convenient and thus, we were able to maximize our 3 day 2 night stay. Thanks. PS: Beans talk on the 2nd floor was surprisingly busy, even locals visit the place. Excellent cakes! :)

One of the best place to stay in baguio. Nice location, accessible to everything. Our booking don't have breakfast but we were so surprised because the managament gave us free breakfast. The food was great. Beanstalk is highly recommended, a must place to eat when in baguio. Staffs are all accomodating. The rooms are clean. Thanks City Center Hotel!
