Hotel is new therefore everything is still new and nice. the beds are comfortable and shower great. the breakfast is average fare. Location is right in the middle of the town and within walking distance to shopping malls, street market and shops. However there are really nothing much to do in Pekanbaru and most travellers upon arrival at the airport will go straight to their destinations like Bukittinggi, Medan, etc without overnight in Pekanbaru.

Hotel is new therefore everything is nice and neat. Bed is comfortable and shower great. Centrally located and within walking distance to the major shopping malls, street markets and shops. Plenty of local food nearby. There are really nothing much to do in Pekanbaru. Most travellers upon arrival at the airport will go direct to other destinations like Bukittinggi, Medan, etc.

Small but managable”
Our late check in was received by okay management, as somehow they wanted to check and chekc and check and check our voucher - which is kind of silly since they should just simply match up my ID with the info on their side . But the hotel itself is likable. Right in the center of the town. Clean and efficient. Breakfast is also fine - the hotel is good for transit need.

Great location, good service but small rooms.”
I was given room 601 which has a window facing the other rooms which I found uncomfortable since guest on the opposite rooms could see us if I were to open the curtain/window. If I do not open the curtain the room is dark as the lights are inadequate. I asked for a room change which was granted on the following day. I was given room 606 which was excellent. The room, bedsheets, towels were very clean.Hotel location is excellent. The room is a bit small though adequate. It would be good if the hotel could provide coffee maker.

the price is affordable for business class, the breakfast wasn't very good at all, at night the cafe is pretty lively seems like the coffee was good but i didn't try em. near to the shopping center, unfortunately no hot water running, wi fi was fast, bed was comfort, wide parking lot

A good place to stay but...”
The hotel is not very clean as there was cigarette smoke smell in the room despite the room being a non-smoking room. Toilet soap dispenser was not working well. Everything else is in the proper order. Overall a fairly pleasant stay.

1. There is no wifi inside the room, is either you go to the lobby area or stay near to ur room's door n u will get the signal. Its quite disappointed because i cant search for routes n information. I do bought simcard 2. I booked 2 rooms, superior n deluxe, extra bed i request during the check in. 3. The deluxe room that i stayed they do provide shower foam dispenser however there is nothing inside it. 4. Bed, towels n rooms are clean. Toilets was ok for me since there is no stains. 5. Staff were friendly and helpful. 6. Location quite far to walk from the hotel to pasar atas n for women its unsafe during night time. Overall its only cheap.

The had difficulties to confirm voucher from Agoda, I had to forward voucher email from Agoda to the person in charge at that night. But they nicely still check me in, even they still could not confirm my voucher due to internet connection problem in their office. Everything else was great, at least for my few hours stay.
