Great value hotel in KK”
Basically, very happy with my stay in Cititel Express KK. Shower was perfect, powerful water pressure and good flow of hot water. I didn't pay the room with breakfast inclusive so didn't eat there. Location was convenient, hotel was clean, staff friendly. Ample free parking right infront of hotel. Easily can book the ehailing transport. The seafood restaurant, Aki, which is just next to it served great food with friendly staff. Definitely will consider staying again. Well, the std room is equipped with queen bed so just nice for 2 pax....can't fit more pax or extra bed -- can't ask for more as room was <RM100 per nite.

Location -Located near to the places of interest (e.g. Filipino market, Jesselton Point) and walking distance to the must-try fast food restaurant in Sabah- Borenos! Cleanliness - Superb. The housekeeping team did a great job in making sure that the room is clean and we never run out of drinking water and toilet paper. Car park- There's no indoor carpark. Guest can park at the outdoor carpark located right in front of the hotel and get the ticket stamped at the reception counter to entitle for free parking. Hospitality- Friendly and helpful staff. Hassle-free check in and out. Overall, nice experience staying at Cititel Express.

Good Hotel”
Everything about this hotel is awesome EXCEPT for the breakfast. Despite the food is delicious but they are WAAAAAAY TOO SLOWWW! the bfast is ala-carte and you need to order what you want to eat. Me and my husband waited for more than 1 hour to get our nasi lemak. One 1 nasi lemak came, and we have to ask the cafe staff to cancel because we need to take a boat to the island. We finally get our bfast somewhere else. And by the way, dont worry about food because Cititel located at many nice restaurant. N

Surprised that it was good ”
After scrolling on comments in the review section, I am really surprise that this hotel is actually good. Maybe I am lucky enough to get a decent room. The staffs at the reception counter are friendly. I booked the early 12pm check in and late 2pm check out and checked in at 10am. The room itself is a basic room and a bit small but it's fine with me. The location wise is very good and near to centre point Shopping centre in kk. Overall a good experience! Will give it a second try next!

The room is a bit small for couple to stay. But, the location is good. The bed is really good and comfortable to sleep. Room is bright and super clean. Only one thing not satisfied was the Hot and cold water dispenser are too far from the room.

First time in Cititel”
From a personal point of view, had little time to try their facilities out. However temperature gun and self dispense hand sanitizer are equip and functional to the best needs. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and great help in most of my needs.

Convenient, everything almost at the doorstep”
One of the best hotels stayed so far. Rooms and toilets are clean and comfortable. You can find restaurants just few steps from the lobby, so as convenience stores. There are shopping malls nearby and it's few streets to Filipino market. Really worth the stay!!

Best town center hotel with free hotel carpark”
Is a Compact room. Small the same thing but complete with all the necessaries.love the location and the hotel provide free parking lot just Infront of the doorstep,is around 20-30parking space.i was lucky to get to park here everytime back to hotel.so is recommended to those who rent car.u may also move around the town by walking distance too. The hotel also did a very good job on maintaining non smoking policy. Thank you for preparing a smoke free environment for non smoker like us.the staf is also very friendly. the hotel also have a cafe at the lobi there where they have variety of food to choose and the price is reasonable. Love this hotel so much and I would come back and stay again if in future can get the same promo price

Recommended. The heart of KK Borneo for foodies. Easy access to main night markets and restaurant/cafe in town. Light stroll to nearby shopping malls. The airport bus stops practically downstairs across the street. Clean and affordable. Spacious bathroom. Fancier building in the area with partial sea view or forest hills on opposite side if on higher floor level.

Hotel bersih, price pun affordable.. Nice view.. Stay selama dua malam... Everything was good.. But, every night rasa terganggu dgn bunyi yg bising seperti perabot yg ditolak.. Around 12am until 3am... Susah tidur.. Don't know this hotel still doing the housekeeping di waktu seperti itu... Very annoying.. Tidak tahu bunyi itu daripada tingkat atas.. Sbb saya stay di tingkat 9...maybe haunted.. I don't know..

Comfy, just nice for single traveler”
I opted for Single room due to my travel arrangement. I can say that the room is smaller than I imagined, but surprisingly works well with my luggage and other stuff has their own place to put on the floor (no cupboard due to room's size). Not for fussy guests or those traveler who brings too much luggage, you better book Twin or Queen size room.

The staffs were very friendly. We stayed there for 3d2n. On the last day, the aircond wasnt functioning well. After checking our room, the PIC got us next vacant room for us to stay before we cant our flight the next day. It was very2 convenient for us because we did not need to move our luggage
