          a good stay”

          value for money, good location and clean

          stayed over the weekend. a good and cheaper alternative for non fussy travellers. comparing to Bintaro or Alam Sutera area, this is a cheaper and better choice. Convenient access to highway to Bintaro, Alam Sutera and BSD. Have chosen this hotel a few times before whenever i visit the area.

          A night stay”

          Near ATM, Minimart, Restaurant

          We go check in for this hotel because we are to tired to go back to jakarta after a long trip so we decided to stay in not really expensive hotel but also a good hotel and thank to Agoda we faund this neat and nice hotel. This Hotel is very neat and very cool. It was nice staying in here because they have ATM, Minimart for us to buy any snacks and of course it is near es teller 77 which is good. If ever I want to visit BSD again I definitely will visit Citismart Hotel BSD. Thank you for a nice service as well.

          Good for short stay”

          cleanliness, comfort, location

          I stayed in Citismart for a night during weekend transit. It was good, as i choose it only for sleeping. location is just a smart one, next to it there are convenient store, restaurant, and hospital across the road. I found only two things annoying during my stay, first, the delivery man knocking on my door on 1 am, just to find out it was the wrong room. Means no security services available to screen who ever can go the guests room. second, a family of 3 children was staying on the same night during my stay. They kept playing open-and-close the door all night up to midnight, and start again at 6 in the morning. given the thin walls, it sounded like a playground, nothing comfortable and quite to sleep.

          Nice hotel for a short stay”

          Clean, Friendly, Good place

          It was a pleasant stay. The location is near the city, and there's a convenience store nearby. The staff is quite kind. After checking in, I was given the key to my room at 3rd floor. The room is really small. There are hardly any space left beside the bed. There's only a small alley from the door to the bathroom's door in front of the bed and a small space near the window. The room and the bathroom is quite clean. There are stains on the walls but not quite noticeable. There are hardly any bath equipment aside from towels and something that's either a soap or shampoo, or maybe both. The air conditioner is still cold and new, making it comfortable enough to stay the night. The breakfast was served a bit late when I was about to leave the hotel and the quality was so so. If you need a cheap quick stay, I would recommend this hotel.

          Comfortable, near to shops & restaurants, cheap”

          If you only need comfortable room to rest/sleep for 1-2 days, this hotel is recommended. It was close to supermarket, restaurant, hospital, shopping mall and it was easy to find. The room was very basic (hangers, mineral water & toiletries were available but minus shampoo), without window & any chair, but clean enough. Staffs were helpful & friendly (I had problem with my room door). The hotel served simple breakfast in the morning at lobby (fruits, white bread with some choices of jams, coffee & tea, rice box: rice + delicious chicken opor). It will be better if they also have small dining area, though. Minus: - The room door could not be opened (both from outside & inside) without calling the staff. - They ask deposit (IDR 100,000) when the guest check in.

          good service, good location, clean

          I enjoy my stay. The room is clean. The hotel is closed to the ICE, the place I needed to go to. It is also within walking distance to Teras Kota, a shopping mall. The staff were nice too.

          Very Clean”

          clean, smells good, easy to get everywhere

          I stayed for my business and found the hotel really nice, the room and bed are clean, smells good and fresh, and enough for one person. I like the interior layout and setting, it really was enough for the money value. minus things are they don't have cafe/resto so the breakfast was minimal (but they supply breakfast!) and no coffee (pretty crucial for me) but other than that, this is a really cheap hotel but worth every penny!
