Panalo ang place na ito. Room -spacious at complete amg mga gamit na need. Accessible din sa lahat if may need ka pa bilhin. Staff - Courteous at Jolly sila. they will feel you at home. Bilis din mag attend sa need pag natawag kami. Except on some cases dahil siguro sa dami ng guests. Cleanliness - malinis at maayos ang room at facilities Value for Money - panalo ang price for the room i booked. if babalik ba ako - Yes na Yes =) May konting comments lang to improve on their service, maaring exception case dahil sa dami ng guests or holiday season and yet may nagawa sana sila to managed guests expectations - super late delivery of breakfast : we received ours into 2 batch 1045am and 1150am. syempre nakailangtawag kami to follow up. Sabi nalate ang delivery. Sana po may proactive calls na to all na nag eexpect ng food and sinabi ano ang tunay sa sitwasyon , nakailang tawag kmi sabi paanty lang. swerte namin kasi nabihay yun sa amin, meron plang guest na hindi nakakuha ng brekfast. -waiting time: 1st -Check in pa lamg more than 30 minutes waiting in line, to think 3rd in line ako sa counter ( may current na inaattendan, 2 kmi nag aantay) 2nd Check out - an hour waiting para pa asssist sa ng cart dahil sa mga dala. Nauna na magcheck out wala pa rin un mag aasist para sa cart =( Overall - ill recommend this place =)

Exceptional”
Stayed for 6 days for the mandatory quarantine. Staff efficient with check in and very accommodating and does their job well. The room was clean we had a one bedroom and it was a good space for having to stay indoors for 5 days. We were able to go out once negative swab results came on the 6th day. Great feature is that we were able to order food delivery through grab, unlike other hotels where you have to order room service and in my experience that can get pretty expensive quick. Definitely will stay here again!

Best Hotel in Makati! Hands Down Best staff in Manila. ”
The rooms are great, spacious and extremely clean. All appliances work great. Water provided, not just those mini bottles each day. The staff from the front end to housekeeping to maintenance all are the most professional and polite I have ever encountered. Hence I only stay here. They all make you feel at home. Highly recommend for all types of travelers.

The hotel Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The place is safe and has a lot of good restaurants nearby to choose from. The room we stayed was clean, spacious, well-lit and has everything we need— kitchen utensils, iron, etc. We stayed during the pandemic and I can assure that they follow strict COVID protocols which made us feel safer. The place is highly recommended!

Great stay”
I was impressed with the accommodating the staff. I loved the room I had. It had one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. There were lots of shelving, a large safe compared to other hotels, a large fridge with freezer. The place was very clean, the design was classic. The room even had a drinking water dispenser to save on plastic water bottle consumption. The hotel was sanitized well and the package I bought included breakfast at the restaurant next door. When there was drumming noise I heard on the midnight of Chinese New Year security looked into it and got back to me saying there were fireworks heard on the other side of the building. They sent security staff to check in several floors near where I was to find out where the noise was coming from. They were responsive. I appreciated their efforts and concern. I also felt safe knowing the front desk was available at this late hour of the day. Lastly, all the staff greeted me with a warm welcome each day with their right hand on their heart with a slight bow of the head. It’s so heartwarming! Kudos to the staff of Citadines.

Nice hotel .. Not fancy but nice.. Check in was smooth.. Staff friendly.. Deposit amount was 1500 pesos.. Which is great 😊 Room was good, clean & room space is good, equipped with full kitchen, furniture is good too.. The BF not that much.. Menu & u ll choose from it specifically.. Not that bad but didn't like it much.. Swimming pool 9th floor indoor & Small especially kids one.. Thought the ambience is relaxing but i got bothered by smoking area (its next to the swimming pool!).. Spa 24h.. Not in the hotel.. U order it to come to ur room! Which is good & not .. Especially f u have family..no place to lie down 🙂 May b when u read my review u think its bad choice, no its not.. Im just relaying my experience..it was ok.. So last but not least.. The LOCATION if i want to give 5/5 its for location.. Anything u want around u.. Restaurant, coffee shop, mini shop (groceries) ATM & bakery .. So its really excellent location.. Overall .. It was nice.

1 bedroom de luxe is spacious, has all the basic things you need in the kitchen, and very clean. The bed and pillows and sheets are wonderful, I just wish it were a king size bed! The pool and gym are not big though, so if that’s what you came for, you might be disappointed. Breakfast was delicious at Antipodean, note that it’s not buffet.

Fantastic Rooms and Service”
I have stayed at this venue several times and it is my go to choice when staying in Makati. Staff are exceptional, the level of service which you would expect to see in a 5 star hotel which separates it from similar hotels in the area. Rooms are small condo style unit with kitchenette which is great. Rooms are extremely clean with good toiletries (shaving kit, sanitary pack as well as the usual). Shower is good and if you stay in the larger rooms they have a tv in both the bedroom and living area. Swimming pool is a good size with long deck chairs to relax. Location it is walking distance to the Poblacion area and there are many good restaurants nearby. Greenbelt/Glorietta is a short 5 min taxi journey away. Breakfast and room service come from the restaurant located next door to the hotel, the Flying Pan. Good breakfast choice, for the normal room service menu i would say is just slightly overpriced for what it is. Exceptional overall, definitely recommend.

Found a perfect place to stay when I visit Manila again, the location is great, lots of restaurants and mini-stops nearby, its also very close to greenbelt, we just walked from greenbelt 3 where we had our dinner to our hotel, but the best part was their staff, they have the most welcoming and helpful staff. NYE Celebration”
Celebrating @ Citadines Salcedo last NYE 2018 was really fantastic! Booked studio room as a couple, and everything is complete from the kitchen and bathroom stuff (of course, you have to call the housekeeping for other request). Lap pool is nice especially if you’re into swimming. Gym is well-maintained and with other work-out gear/equipment. Really awesome of the toy trumpet to celebrate the new year. What a great feeling to start 2019!

Amazing staff and spacious room”
We had a fantastic stay at Citadines Salcedo. Everyone was super friendly and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. The view from our room was nice and our kids enjoyed the pool. The only miss was the breakfast because it came super late and wasn't as delicious as we were hoping for. It's better to bring ingredients and cook there since they have a fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely staff”
Very helpful staff (shout out to Steven at reception) and courteous. The pool doesn't have a strict one-hour policy unlike in the other serviced apartment in the area so my kids were happy. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and they have a huge water container for drinking. We had a lovely time there.
