I booked a two double bedroom but they gave me 2 rooms. Their air conditioner was broken. it alaways turn to 15 16 degree. i call down to the reception 5 times to fix it. But they couldnt do anything about it. After 2 night there my children is sick. Very very bad experience

Best 20th wedding anniversary ”
My husband and I stayed in Ha Long Bay the last leg of our 2 week trip. If I did it all again this would be the place we'd choose. Clean, elegantly stylised, helpful, engaging staff, comfortable beds and rooms. We can't say enough about this place. Yes it's not in the main hub but that's actually one of it's charms. It was so nice to return to at the end of a long day out, away from the traffic noise and bustling tourist activity. They went out of their way on so many occassions, (we'd lost count), to make our stay here so very memorable. It was sincere and genuine care and I will happily encourage anyone who's indecisive about all of the options, to choose this Hotel. You will be so thankful you did. Oh and the food, breakfast buffet and restaurant a la carte quality, is outstanding. We are so happy that this was our final memory of Vietnam. Thankyou to all the incredibly gracious and serving staff, from maintenance, reception, doormen, housekeeping, hospitality, chefs and all the in betweens, we truly felt cared for and nurtured. What a beautiful experience. Thankyou.

Tuy hơi xa trung tâm nhưng KS từ một tập đoàn uy tín là sự đảm bảo chắc chắn. Phòng đẹp, thiết bị rất ổn, chúng tôi rất thích khu vui chơi cho trẻ tầng 3. Đây là địa điểm có đầy đủ các dịch vụ làm hài lòng từ người già tới trẻ em, nam hay nữ. Tuy nhiên hơi tệ 1 chút vì bể bơi tầng 30 không như ảnh và hình dung, nhỏ, bí, quầy bar rooftop chưa hoạt động. Một chút chưa chuyên nghiệp của khu vực và nhân viên lễ tân cũng cần được xem xét cải thiện để hoàn hảo hơn. Tks!

mình đi vào dịp 30-4 nên lượng khách rất đông, KS nằm xa khu phố chính nên rất khó gọi xe điện/ taxi. KS mới chưa sử dụng được bể bơi và khu vui chơi cho trẻ em nên mình thấy hơi thất vọng 1 chút :(
