Great Location ”
The location is perfect. It’s between the 2 train stations (Gare de Lille Europe & Gare de Lille Flanders). It’s attached to a big shopping mall where there’s also a big supermarket (Carrefour). There’s also a carpark for the hotel guests underneath the hotel. It’s a short walk to the old Lille area and lots of restaurants and high end shopping. The rooms are clean and big. I booked 2 studios for the family of 4 and we were given rooms right across each other. It has a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and dishwasher. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only negative is it doesn’t have an airconditioning, although it has an electric fan. Our room was a bit hot in the afternoon as it was getting direct sunlight, so I had to turn on 2 electric fans facing directly to the bed as I was feeling a bit uncomfortable with the heat. I guess I’m just not used to hotels without air conditioning.

Great location”
Great location and very nice hotel. Very close to shops and restaurants in the city and only a few min walk away from old town. Great location to exploring Lille. We also found the rooms were very spacious and very clean and modern. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a city break in Lille.

Great hotel location @ Central Lille”
Great location, it is at middle of Lille, next door to train station. Shopping mall (Westfield) just underneath the hotel with Carrefour hypermarket. Secured Car park with great access to hotel at a rate of €15 per day. Room is clean with all the amenities available. Kitchen with all the tools to make a comfort breakfast. Great view across the city (I was on the 9th floor). Small downside is the shower temperature as it's temperamental due to water being use in other apartments.

Excellent location and worth the price”
located right beside the train station and very convenient. only thing to note is there is no air conditioner and could get quite warm in the summer day. there was a fan that we had to plug in to use. overall worth the price with the comfort and good location. enjoyed the free coffee and refillable water cooler

Receptionist”
During my stay, I see receptionist is not helpful enough when I have problem with my internet connection. When I go to him to check for solution, instead he said he had no idea about it. Then gave me the phone number of their IT people and let let contact their IT by myself. When I mad a call to IT, they could not speak English and I ended up without any solution for one night.

Great hotel inthe heart of Lille”
i stayed once again at citadines lille centre and while i have always been happy with the hotel, this time we had a one bedroom apartment. it was really lovely and clean with nice views over the city and a great plus point is its nearness to all stations including eurostar.

Stay in Lille with extended family”
This facility is up to Citadines high standard in service and cleanliness. It is a great location with easy walk to Lille Centre and the 2 major railway stations. Parking is available and the in-house laundry facilities are excellent.

Just 2min walk to EuroLille Shopping Center [This hotel is in the same building of EuroLille Shopping Center]. Parking is under the hotel as well. I'm going to stay this hotel for my next trip in Lille for sure.

Convenient location ”
Travelling without car the location was perfect. Close to Lille Europe and Lille Flanders. Within easy walking distance to shopping, and tourist attractions. Yet our room was quiet, light, airy and very comfortable .

Great hotel”
ideally situated, 5 minute walk from Lille station. The metro is 5 minutes walk in opposite direction from the hotel. Plenty of bars & places to eat in walking distance.there is also a large mall with supermarket joined to the hotel.

Two beds Room is large and clean”
The location is very near the lille train station, the room is big amoung the hotels which at this rate. But, the breakfast is really not Poor, just drinks, several kinds of bread, not worth 8euro. You may find some restaurants nearby. And the room has a small kitchen, but i do not know if it is allow to cook there.

smelly room”
Citadines Aparthotel is supposedly a non-smoking residence but our room smelled terribly of cigarettes. As we discovered after we had settled in (and but the baby to bed), even our bed sheets smelled like cigarette smoke: nauseating when trying to fall asleep!!

As title says, it's a nice apart hotel with kitchenette, have quite good location (attached to Euralille), and also have underground parking for medium sized car.

Good stay, good location. Only thing is there is no room cleaning service daily unless you pay extra. They provide room cleaning service if stay over a week.

the hotel is very well located, the staff is friendly. however it could use a refurbish as the room i was staying in would not qualify for a 3 star. the rug was all worn out and the kitchen looked like it seen it last renovation 10 years ago. otherwise it was clean and served my purpose, but the overall feeling was rather gloomy.

Great location, next to shopping mall and a perfect spot for staying during the Christmas period Cons - cost for parking as it cost 15 euros but it was a nice private parking and you will feel saved leaving your car there
