Everything is OK in Batiqa, the hotel staff was friendly, check in process was fast and the breakfast was good. One minus point was the room has like cigarette, but it quickly handled by hotel staff. One of the recommended hotel in Cikarang

Me and my family is Indonesia reside in Japan. We had stayed in this hotel for a night because I had business here. The facilities and all manual is written in Japanese. The staff in front office was not so friendly to wife until she knew we are Japan residence. Breakfast also not interesting at all. Not recommended for hotel stay.

It's nice if the karaoke room is really sound proofed so it doesn't bothering the people staying in the same floor with it. Because it's really annoying when you want to sleep at 2am but the music really loud outside the room. The rest of the things are OK.

Clean room and resto, good & friendly service, bathrooms well cleaned but not modern, pleasant courtyard and good resto. A better map for access should be available to all patrons, urgently. This map should show all toll road exits and access points to Cikarang (separate from Bekasi) - otherwise it is hard to find.

The staff is good, everything looks perfect and clear. The room actually a little bit narrow but we enjoy with this.

Good price and Facilities

Should have known better from the title, senior living. The concierge was called nurse station, there's a button to call the nurse beside the bed. The facility they mention like the pool etc, located at the club house, seperated from the hotel

It is an old hotel building but considered easy to find as it is iconic over in cikarang, I found the room to be comfortable and spacious.
