One Of The Best Decision Of My Life Booking This Hotel”
This is not a paid review, but I'm writing all from my heart. I was Traveling to Vietnam and when reached Danang i opted for this hotel. They provided me the room on highest floor as requested. The view of my suite was like out of the world. Bathtub was in the room and sea view outside. The roof top pool was so good, clean water and they had the one of the best chef in the kitchen. Not only this, when i had to go to the near area's they offered me the taxi. I asked the receptionist that im booking grab. She unlocked her phone booked a Grab for me and added a coupon from her account and same grab i got at very cheap price. Amazing friendly people. I just loved my stay. Next time whenever i will come at Danang Hotel CICILIA will be the only hotel I'm going to book for 4-5 days. Thank you Cicilia Danang hotel and spa for making my life so beautiful for 1-2 days.

I booked Junior Ocean View Suite room during my leave in May19 and was very satisfied with the room. The hotel is very near to My Khue beach and we can enjoy the beach view from our room. One minus is that the clock in the room did not work well! It was reset to 12 o’clock everytime I went out the room.

I had a very pleasant stay here with their laundry services and free room upgrade because others weren't checked out yet. Food was good in the morning, they try to change everyday and lots of options. Many chinese, korean and japanese were staying at this hotel. I think I was the only westerner.

Boutique hotel at the quiet end of Hoi An. Rooms are clean and new and everything in working order and the breakfast was quite good with both western and Vietnamese. Would stay again

Absolutely love the room and facility in this hotel. However, the breakfast buffet did not live up my expectation. I stayed during the renovation at the front of the hotel, so there was a bit noisy in the day time, however, I did not experience the noise pollution at night time. The scooter rental service is located across the road and you can find plenty of restaurants and tourism services nearby.

A very happy traveler in DaNang”
The staff at the front desk had me smiling and happy and my room had me smiling for the rest of my stay . Breakfast was great but be warned they will run out of food so you must come early . House keeping was good not great. My gripe is the tiny water bottles they provide. Barely enough for two people to brush their teeth Overall I will be back again.

Awkward love hotel!”
We, 2 girls were given a very nice COUPLE room with bird cage and heart pillows. My friend got super awkward cuz it looks like one of the Japanese love hotel. Room is also only partly ocean view, not as we booked. Other than that, the room is clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly.

We booked 2 seperate junior ocean view suites. On Agoda the pictures showed us a bath tub, bubble bath and a nice bed in which you wake up with a sunrise. When we got to the hotel we we're greatly disappointed about the room, it looked nothing like the pictures. When confronting hotel staff, they said they already had people staying in the rooms we booked so they simply gave us this one. Later we found out that the "junior ocean view suite" is a name which they gave 3 different rooms on 3 different areas of the hotel of which Agoda shows a combination. The staff was friendly and moved us into another room (with bubble bath) for the last night of our stay. We we're unsatisfied about the staff in the rooftop bar which was lacking of almost everything. From simply playing on his phone to pouring half empty glasses of expensive wine. Would go here again for the view and cleanliness but would probably decide to stay elsewhere.

Fancy high rise hotel near beach”
Pros: It has 2 pools and a good breakfast. buffet. Some rooms have an ocean view. Staff were helpful. Cons: it's overpriced, even when discounted. The junior suite we got did have an ocean view but not a separate seating area, as shown on Agoda (only corner units have this). I had trouble with the aircon not working and the shower leaking sideways. Overall a bit disappointing for the cost.

The hotel is a good location, 2 mins walk to the beach, near some good restaurants and center of town. The staff were friendly and the food was tasty, if not a bit limited. But I think this isn't a 4 star hotel, some things like the gym and infinity pool and sky lounge were accessible but not in use. There were other minor issues like we had someone fixing something in the room next door to us at 6:55am, toilet roll wasn't replenished, shower drain was clogged first time we used it, the tap sprayed water out a way too high pressure, the elevators were a bit shoddy, the TV needed to be fixed, hallway lights turned off so it was very dark and lobby building work was ongoing (supposed to be finished before arriving) I think the hotel are upgrading it and maybe it will be better, but we probably won't stay again.
