Wish I could stay longer”

Booked and stayed for 3 nights before heading to siem reap. What stood out is the friendliness and guidance given to you by the staff. Although there is a slight language barrier problems, their eagerness to help you out and service is excellent. They helped us also with our booking for our flight to siem reap, they were very hospitable and cheerful. Upon arrival we felt welcomed and upon seeing the room, it was just wow. Great value for the money. Complete with amenities, complimentary products, carpeted floor, bathtub. The bed was so comfortable and they were generous with the pillows. It felt as if they didn't want us to explore the city and instead relax and have a staycation in their hotel for the whole length of our stay because of the comfort that it offered. The hotel is a 6 story building and at the ground floor, they have a garden connected to the restaurant so you can dine there, grab a drink or smoke, on the 6th floor is their spa service, and in the rooftop, yey! pool! Good view from the rooftop, I felt relaxed when I'm at their pool area. Buffet breakfast was ok. Their pho is great. It is near the airport so we didn't have any problems in terms of our arrival or departure. To get around the city is not hard in Ho Chi Minh because there's uber and grab. We didn't bother taking the regular cabs because of bad reviews. Do try taking the grab bike at night when it's not sunny and hot. All in all, this hotel is excellent, and if I were to revisit Ho Chi Minh, this will undoubtedly be my 1st choice.

My stay at Ciao Saigon hotel and spa was not only convenient for me since I was only in Saigon for two days so I needed to be near the airport (which was only 5 minutes away), but it was an over all fantastic experience. The room to the bathroom was very clean which was my main concern! Room size was averagely decent for my party of two and 6 luggages. The staff catered to our every needs generously. And our room came with free breakfast and that was great for us every morning so we didn't have to leave the hotel! We weren't expecting a buffet style breakfast but that was a great option plus you can also order from the menu if you would like. I would definitely recommend Ciao Saigon and spa to any of my friends who are looking for a good spot near the airport and time getting used to Vietnam!

Gorgesous Hotel”

The hotel is just gorgesous .The reception, the bedrooms and eating areas are rally nice and the hotel is spotless so clean. We stayed at his hotel 2 times into Ho Chi Minh and going out is Ho Chi Minh. I send an email requesting an airport pick up and received a response pretty much straight away. Jetstar changed our flight twice the day of our departure from Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh. I had to email them again and again received a response straight away, this service is second to none esecially when the airline is putting you under so much stress. The airport pick up was great and even greater was the welcome reception received by the staff they were so quick very well spoken and very attentive. We had to leave the hotel early next morning and again we received very prompt service with a smile the bell boy was absolutely so helpful and so happy. I would very highly recommend this hotel if you want to star Claire to the airport as it is only a 5 minute drive and the most enjoyable stay

Beautiful hotel close to airport ”

Our flight was a bit delayed and we arrived at 3am. Counter staff was there ready to check us in and offered us flexible check out time.The room was clean and super quiet. Modern conveniences, bidet , mini bar and light/tv control panel conveniently next to bed. Bed was super comfortable! Complimentary breakfast buffet, lots of great fresh selection of pressed juice, good variety of food( we’re vegetarian), staff and service were exemplary. Would definitely book with Ciao Saigon again. Also rooftop pool is gorgeous although we didn’t have enough time to get our feet wet.

Overnight Stopover”

Ciao Saigon is a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport, I paid 100,000VND from Saigon Airport and 50,000VND to Saigon airport. Great location for an overnight stopover. The room was amazing, the largest bed I have ever seen and the room and bathroom was the best I experienced on my 13 day trip around Vietnam. Very Highly recommended.

Exceptional”

Great little hotel in a perfect location for a quick stop over near Ho Chi Minh airport. Very clean and decent sized room for the price. Breakfast not too bad. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Excellent”

Hotel was really clean, the food was amazing and the staff were helpful and the prices were really down to earth. This is a part of Ho Chi Minh that doesn't see a lot of tourist so finding English speaking staff and shop keepers was a little difficult but as the property was so close to the international airport it suited us to a tee.

The best of the near airport ”

The Ciao is located close from the airport and possesses the big list of advantages before other hotels. Rooms ideal, pure. A bed convenient, smartly slept before flight. On a roof the pool where it is possible to sunbathe and will relax. In the same place there is a swimming instructor for your children who will occupy them and will allow you time to relax simply. Near hotel shopping center, with a set of cafe and restaurants. A breakfast in hotel fine, service at height! I will return still!

Good location”

Very close to international airport, but quiet. Polite staff, good value. This was my fourth stay in Ciao Saigon and we will keep coming back. Pity they don’t have Western coffee, but I bring my own.

Comfortable Stay”

The hotel is very close to the airport, therefore convenient for travelling. The hotel staff were very cordial and welcoming. At breakfast, Mr. Ho Minh Tri ensured guests were comfortable and enjoyed their meal. His demeanour made the stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Very nice hotel with great staff”

This is a great location for a stay in Ho Chin Ming City. It is 5 mins from airport. We stayed 1 night in the city and had a early morning flight the next day. The staff is wonderful, we arrived early morning and they accommodated us with a early check in. Rooms are clean and was nice to have a tub to relax in. I would highly recommend this Hotel stay.

Recommended for layovers and short bacat in HCMC”

The hotel is located very near the Tan Son Nhat Airport. Just around 5 minutes taxi ride to the airport. We only stayed there for 1 night due to layover. The hotel is relatively new and room facilities are good. The staff are courteous and helpful although their English is not so good but their service is good enough. The breakfast was just good enough although not too many selection. Normally there is only 2 complimentary breakfast but they gave my daughter a complimentary breakfast too. Amazing! Would recommend this hotel for those who have layover flights in HCMC! Kudos!

Very new, confortable, clean hotel 700 m away from Ho Chi Min Airport. Good breakfast, kind staff- Very good value for money. Will return in any case.

Close to airport, convenient ”

We stayed 1 night (family room) when we arrived, transfering to another city the next morning. Convenient, very close to airport. And stayed again the night we fly out of VN. The rooms in the main hotel is very nice, the room across from the hotel is nice too, but the family room did not have a standing shower (has soaking tub), made it harder to get a quick shower & sleep before leaving again. I would stay here again, but will request for room in the main hotel building.

Close to airport, clean fresh rooms”

We booked last minute, great price, close to airport (although taxi didn't want to take us on such a shirt trip so organise with hotel first), staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely, spacious and clean, breakfast included was not buffet but menu made to order and was still very nice. Late checkout not a problem. Rooftop pool was great to kill time before late flight home. Quite a few nice restaurants close by walking distance. Would recommend if wanting a hotel close to airport.

Great airport stopover”

Hi, for a stopover it was great.... the only problem I had was a lack of hot water.... it was barely warm, but for me not a problem.... everything else is a huge plus. Breakfast fantastic, staff, room, cleanliness all Aplus.... just be careful catching a taxi from the front of the hotel.... I got slightly ripped off, and this was from a taxi that the security person ushered me into.... again no big deal....

Short stay”

We just stayed in this hotel overnight as we had a late flight into HCMC and an early flight out. The hotel is very close to the Airport - it takes only 5 min to get there. The rooms are big and nicely decorated, and have comfortable beds. It is not close to the city center and many attractions and shopping, but that is not what we needed this time. Fast check in and out.

Clean room, comfy bed, lots of eateries”

Very clean room and comfy bed. Nearby has many eateries, cafes at reasonable price. Less than VND40k, about 5mins by taxi to airport. The roof top swimming pool is not big, but very few people, very relaxing. Breakfast limited choices, ok for one/two night stay. Disappointment as the spa is under renovation. Did not get to try the steam and sauna. On the left of the hotel, opposite end of the road, the full body massage is good and cheap. Foot massage so so.

Good transit hotel ”

My family and I spent two nights on two separate occasions at the Ciao Saigon. The rooms were clean and a good size. A long way from the tourist area but very close to the airport so great for transit

Nice Hotel”

Good Rooms, amazing breakfast but DONT take hotel transport option. If you think the hotel transport will be more spacious and clean than a taxi you would be wrong and massively inflated prices! A scam!
