Pros: clean, strategic location for food and walk around attractive places, friendly staff Cons: 1. humidity of room is too heavy, need dehumidifier instead of malfunction air refresher. 2. Room light too dark. Should install more lights for hotel rooms. 3. Each power plug should have on/off switch instead of direct plug in for safety purpose. 4. Tv should have one or two channel for foreign tourist, you may use TV box to output movies as too many "Vietnam channel" which foreign tourist cannot understand Vietnam language. 5. Hotel Rooftop should clean up and place some big umbrealla or mini bar/cafe for guest. So that this space fully utilize for business purpose instaed of keep as hotel toiletaries store.

Noisy cause the construction nearby during this stay. Overall it's good for non-group travellers cause the surroundings are good enough to get the service we need (motorbike renting, restaurant and etc.) Staff knows English,so the communication is okay. Facilities are not modern enough and some lights switch are not working. Overall review: 4😌

The staff always responded with a smile. The meals are very delicious, especially the coffee is recommended. For surfing, the best coast with the best wave is also nearby. The surfboard for rent is always in store. However, the temperature of the shower is too cold at night.

Decent hotel close to the beach. The sea view is blocked by a bigger hotel in front. Hotel is extremely small, only 4 rooms per floor, but the rooms are large. The restaurant/bar is expensive for Vietnam but on par with other businesses in the immediate area.

I got good comments from friends & online review about Chu, but seems it was long ago. Chu need to have better improvement on facility & service. Location: near the beach but blocked by construction site of high rise building, the view looks ugly. Also, there is 1 more construction site on its right side, which created big noise & vibration to the hotel. It was really uncomfortable stay. Room: bed & tower is clean but toilet has bad smell & little of water for bathing & other sanity purpose. Staff is fair enough. Chu has nice design but should have better maintenance for facility & improve service. Thanks,

This review will have a lot of "very", but my stay was just positive in any way. The hotel is quite new, it is nicely designed and decorated and located just 20 minutes from the airport and 1 minute walk to the (very beautiful) beach. The overall very clean rooms are beautifully furnished with flat-screen TV, and my bathroom had a rain-shower. You can find cheaper hotels around, but every Dong here is well spent for a cozy and comfortable stay. And you can rent a motorbike just at the hotel, a good starting point for exploring Da Nang itself, the nice temple / statue area at the bottom of the hills in the North, or going South to Hoi An (just along the beach road). But above all is the most friendly and helpful staff in all situations. One day I made a mistake with my money and indirectly raised a suspicion. Then I realized it was my fault and deeply apologized for my mistake to all the staff (and want to do that again here now). They totally forgave me and treated me no different than before. That really showed their professionalism and friendliness. Overall a 100% recommendation for rooms, staff, location. thank you.

The stay in Chu Hotel Da Nang was a good one. Fast check in to the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. View facing the beach. Walking distance to the beach. Staff were friendly and they able to call the taxi for you and they will come within minutes. This hotel provides shuttle services to certain attractions in da nang. Woth the money.

Out the 3 hotels I stay in Da Nang, I gave Chu hotel the best score of 98/100. Very clean and spacious room, best sea view with sun rise, very good pub on the ground floor. Location great beach just steps away! Only thing to improve is too many flies at the restaurant. It's still most worth of money hotel in Da Nang!

We spent 2 nights in Chu hotel and it was fantastic. Staffs and restaurant manager are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean, nice furniture and bathroom, great view to My Khe beach and Son Tra. Very good location next to the beach and Holiday beach bar. Definitely we will stay here in next trip to Da Nang

Nice boutique hotel right on the beach”
Everything was great, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant in the hotel has good food and a nice happy hour. Room was clean and comfortable (we booked the ocean view room). The hotel is on the beach, not in central Da Nang, but easy to go anywhere, and there are quite a few restaurants withing walking distance. Good wi-fi. There's construction in front of the hotel which can be a bit loud but it wasn't bad -- it looks like it's hard to find anyplace in Da Nang on the beach that isn't next to construction. Would stay again.

Great hotel in Da nang”
this was my first visit to Da Nang, and this hotel is a real must stay again hotel. The staff are wonderful and speak excellent English. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located across the road from the beach, and they have surf boards available. Most nights there is live music in the restaurant. It's a little out of the city but there is always a taxi out the front to take you to town. I highly recommend this great hotel and will come back again on my next visit.

I and my wife only stayed 2 nights at this hotel for a short vistiting Danang, but we are very surprise that with an attractive price we have a very comfortable room with large space to move arround. Bed room and bathroom are very clean & modern (very surprise), lobby room is also very clean and there are dinning tables inside (for free breakfast) and outside the hotel (for ocean 's view) Hotel 's staff treats guests politely and helpfully For us, it is an excellent hotel with its price, however if hotel equipes with 1 more free computer for guest to use ... then it will only be a point to improve
