Acceptable price”
The location is a bit strange but not too far from walking street (est. 10 min walk). The facility is not that good but it is acceptable for what you paid. The staff is friendly.

Small but acceptable”
The Chiangkhan Greenview Resort is a small establishment with several bungalow type room. Each room is small with average facilities. The surrounding is the garden style and has lots of roosters to give you a morning call. The room we first had the air-con did not work well and the owner readily moved us to another one. For the bed, instead of normal bed sheets they use semi-permanent cover that they do not change everyday. I would prefer the the sheets changed daily. This place is close to Chiangkhan walking street within the walking distance.

Refreshing and homely.”
Although not centrally located in Chiangkhan walking street, it is only a short distance walk. Enjoy the freshness of the garden in the morning with a good breakfast outside your room. Roon is clean but a bit small. No restaurant in resort so have to eat out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back again.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, friendly and nice”
Chiang Khan is a very popular town, located on a scenic stretch of the Mekong River, an hour's drive west of Nong Khai. It seems to be especially popular for domestic Thai tourism. There are many guesthouses located right along the river, but this one is about 500 meters away from the river. Thus, it is much quieter, and I think you get good value for the money. The rooms themselves are bungalow style, and are clean and modern, but not very fancy. The beds and linens were new and clean, Every single person we met working there was nice and friendly. They serve a buffet breakfast outside, and it was very comfortable to just sit and linger in the morning, listening to the sounds of nature. The resort has bicycles to lend to the guests, so we took an hour in the morning to ride down to the waterfront, then came back and washed up. It was pleasant, and I would highly recommend this place to other travelers to Chiang Khan, especially if they don't want to pay the premium price for staying next to the river.

Nice resort for relaxation ”
Pros: quiet place, feels like being in the country side. Warm staff. Delicious soup rice for breakfast. Walking street about 1.2km away so walkable but no street lights along the lane back to hotel. Cons: awakened by roosters crow at 4am. Resort is off the beaten track and no English signage at the main road.

Good Hotel ”
It is in a good location closed to Khong River to see the natural view of people in the two side of the two country (Thai-Laos). The area of hotel is good but the room is a kind of small. The room price is little too high even though it included breakfast, anyway.

Very friendly helpfull staff”
The rooms are basic but comfortable, no Wi Fi, and not the cleanest. Finding the place was not the easiest, as we were driving and the address wasn't recognised. We ended up calling the resort and a member of staff came out to us to guide us in. Not much night life in the area but the night market and river markets are well worth a visit.

Room is comfortable, breakfast is ok with rice soup, coffee and pa-tong-go (deep fried bread). quick wifi and plenty of car park. Location is about 300-400 meter to walking street.Good choice for someone who need car park.There is many bikes at hotel which should be free for rent but we always drive car.

This is small and nice hotel. The staff are nice and friendly, they allow me to choose our room. The location is not close to night market but in walking distance. There are bicycle for guess for ride. The breakfast also very nice and yummy. The only downside is the rust smell from pipe water.

Could be so much better with a little care! The room and the bathroom are not very clean even if the bungalows look nice from the outside in a nice garden. Buffet breakfast was very basic Thai but the omelette was good. Location is good at a walking distance from the center in a quiet area.

Not bad at all. Only dissapointment...booked 3 bed room for only 2 people because of the bath but only warm water (in cool season would like hot water)

Sorry we both tried to find something good to say about this place...but couldn't find it. We had to pay an extra 100 baht because the room had a bath tub...unfortunately it was always filled with ants. The beds were so uncomfortable we went out and bought some mattress toppers just so we could sleep. It was extremely noisy from both construction and loud music until after six pm. Far from town. Staff not friendly at all. Quite expensive for what it was. Air con didn't work well. We skipped breakfast which was not at the hotel anyway.
