Disappointing stay with a great location.”
Firstly we booked a "superior room" on arrival we were disappointed to find we had received the basic room underneath the noisy stairwell on the 4th floor. Upon asking reception for a change, the receptionist claimed they were booked out and didn't offer any refund. Issues with the room included: TV non-functioning Bathroom was tiny with no shower curtain, ventilation, or window that physically closed Airconditioning sounded like a hurricane Bed was rock hard, with a single throw blanket (no sheets) Could not swing a cat in this room. Otherwise the buffet breakfast on the rooftop left alot to be desired (alot), however the central location in district 1 is the major and only benefit of the budget accommodation. Safe to say I will not cherish my memories from this stay.

I booked "Deluxe Double Room with Bath". At beginning they give me other room (on the 5 floor), and it was much worse that anything shown on the site (but it had window). After my complain they give me room, that was similar to the one I booked. Real size is 17 sq.m. (room 13 sq.m. + bathroom 4 sq.m.), not advertized 20 sq.m. Soundproof is absent, you will listen voices from many other rooms. Hot water is not hot, only warm. On the room photos there is misleading photo with street view. But in reality there was only two small windows in small dirty ventilation mine in the "center" of building, without any view. Light shines through in the night via upper window to the corridor. Marked as "Newly build in 2018", but dirty as more than 10 years of usage (mold in the bathroom, dirty stains on walls and kitchen block).

The room was smelled smoking a lot. There was a construction next of building and keep making nose whole night. I could not even a hour at night. It was worst experience I ever have.

Bed sheet and mattress are dirty. In the morning, the room is very bright and the sound proof is so bad (room 201). There is no water heater even thought wait for 30 min.

Good Option for the Price”
We had a decent stay at Cherish Hotel. Everyone on staff is super friendly and accommodating and for the nightly price, you really can't beat it. A few things that we didn't love about our room - the door to the bathroom is frosted glass so, not a lot of privacy. Not necessarily ideal if you're traveling as a couple. Also our room didn't have a window to the outside (although there were windows to the hallway which was strange, and bright until we figured out that we needed to be the ones turning off the hall lights at night). But the location is really great and they made up our room every day, the water was hot, and there is a small kitchenette if you'd rather cook. I think there are other, much nicer rooms available so we probably should have spent a bit more to be upgraded.

At the price I got I think it's a steal for a place in district 1. It has a decent breakfast available on the rooftop cafe. Not much choice but good enough to start your day. The rooms are not as spacious but they're well maintained. I would consider staying there again.

Het enige probleem dat dit hotel heeft is dat je er zeker 2 maanden niet meer van je rust kan genieten. Vanaf 7 uur zijn ze met grote machine boorhamers aan het slopen .ongelofelijk je ligt te trillen in je bed . Dus even wachten met boeken

写真はきれいで、素晴らしいホテルだと思い宿泊を決めましたが・・・ 実際に行ってみると、暗く汚い裏路地の一番奥にあり、 中はそこそこきれいにはしてありますが、お風呂とトイレがドブ臭く、においが取れるまでに1日必要でした。 お風呂場には窓が付いており、あけると外ではなく、建物の中心にそんざいしている1m×1m程度の通気口でした。窓が若干ズレており鍵が閉まるときと閉まらない時があり、セキュリティ上少し怖い気がしました。 通気口の一番上は建物の屋根部分に格子がしてあり、入られることはなさそうでしたが、ほかの部屋の人であれば入ることは可能なように感じました。 お湯が出るまでに時間がかかることも、残念です。 10分ほど放置しなければお湯が出ません。 写真を期待していくとがっかりします。 ホテルマンの方は、英語が通じるのでやり取りは楽でした。

先說差的部分 : 我是訂豪華房，但房間空間蠻小的只剩走道可以走，所以行李箱無法打開；房間第一天進去就有螞蟻、也有壁癌； 好的部分 : 員工態度還蠻好的，有問題都會幫忙解決；早餐是免費提供，上五樓(頂加)小露天餐廳有阿姨現場煮，雖然食材不多，也不算豐盛，但我們住的5天裡，阿姨天天都準備不太一樣的東西讓我們吃，真的有吃越南家常料理的感覺，我很喜歡! 我們是2018年底去，公寓旁邊有房子在施工，看起來還會影響一段時間，要訂房的旅客要注意!
