Beautiful apartment and excellent service”

Chau was fantastic and provided outstanding communication. She was very quick to reply and provide a lot of information about the apartment and surrounding areas. The apartment itself is beautiful and tidy. The shower and bathroom are clean and work well. The building's pool is fantastic and the gym is equipt for a good workout. The location is also very good. Just across the bridge is district 1 where a lot of the main tourist areas and streets are. Overall I'd highly recommend staying with here. It's excellent value for the money and Chau is sure to provide top tier service. Thank you Chau!

The apartment was beautifully styled and fully self-contained. Great location and amenities (including the refreshing pool and gym), with easy transit to all the hot spots. A perfect spot for a stay in Ho Chi Minh!

Chau's place was perfect - close to both District 1 and District 4, high enough to escape the hectic traffic, and with great facilities (gym + pool). Chau was very responsive and helpful, and she even left me some fruit to enjoy during my stay. Thanks for a wonderful time, Chau!

Renting the apartment from Chau was wonderful because she works very hard to makes sure the renter is happy! The apartment was great for the 2 weeks I was there with access to a great gym and pool and 3 different markets and a coffee shop on the first floor makes it very convenient! We absolutely love it! it's a pity that we only stay there for a night. It's homely and clean. Clear intructions were also given by the owner for self check in and out :)

nice place to stay a few days”

Nice little flat, ok size for solo traveler. Pretty good bed considering a lot of beds in Vietnam are really very hard. Nice big powerful air conditioner that will keep you cold. Owner/manager has very good communication skills so no doubt over what to do, where to go, password etc. Cheers!

Mặc dù là quận 4 nhưng qua 1 cái cầu là sang đến quận 1 và tụ điểm vui chơi rồi 😆😆😆 Bể bơi và phòng gym thì vô thoải mái luôn ạ 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Dưới tầng cũng có đầy đủ tiện ích như vinmart, kmart, 711 nên cực kì tiện lợi. View phòng thì thôi khỏi nói 😆 theo như chị chủ khuyên là mua bia và đồ nhắm về ngắm hoàng hôn thì chill lắm 😉 mà chị chưa kịp khuyên t đã mê đứ đừ khung cảnh từ cái cửa sổ đó rồi~ sáng đẹp chiều đẹp tối đẹp 😍 Và đó, có gì k biết hay muốn hỏi thì có chị chủ trực như tổng đài hỏi gì đáp nấy rồi ạ 😍😍😍
