Great Location very big rooms”
Chateau Frontenac Hotel is located very strategic point for those who visit Paris for sightseeing. All interesting points are within walking disstance or easly reached by taxi or public transport. Lots of restaurant and cofee shops around . Rooms are very big and beds are comfortable. Only pillows are small. Rooms are heated well. Bathroom very big.Recommended for everyone

A little dated but a comfortable, friendly hotel”
The hotel was really well located for all the major tourist attractions and right in the centre of the Champs Elysees. We didn't eat in the hotel as Paris has so many wonderful places to dine but the bar and restaurant looked very nice and modern. on the same street is a cafe called the Victoria with free wifi, a wonderful menu and great wine which is a must try. The rooms were basic but comfortable with a wonderful view from the street facing balcony. The staff were amazing!! spoke fantastic English, were always willing to help and give advice to us. It was like going back in time with a manual credit card swipe machine and the old fashioned lifts but our stay was made very simple and warm by this aging hotels comfortbale, traditional feel and good old fashined service from start to finish.

Style and old world charm in the heart of Paris”
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Paris just off the Champs Elyse with easy walk to the Metro and shops, and some of Paris finest restaurants. Well worth the little extra for the convenience and ease plus you save on the cabs.

Great Location”
Great Location, Champs-Élysées and Eiffel Tower in easy walking distance (And I don't like walking). Very old hotel with narrow corridors and the smallest elevator I have ever seen. First impressions are a little disappointing as the rooms are very small but we booked a room on the top floor and it was very pleasant looking over the city from our balcony in the morning. Staff were polite and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant because there was a great selection of places to eat within easy walking distance. Great café across the road for breakfast and a lot cheaper than paying the 30 Euros in the hotel. In summary I think your paying a lot of money for the location but this is central Paris and nothing is cheap.

the location of the hotel was like a centre point, there was no need to catch the hop on hop off bus, because you can just walk to all the sight seeing and easy to get to. the staff were very friendly and any question you had about paris there were happy to answer.

the staff was so friendly and helpful. rooms were cleaned without delay and were very clean without smelling like cleaning products. this was within an easy walk of the metro and in walking distance of numerous stores and restaurants in all price ranges.

Staff helpful and big rooms”
we were upgraded to a suite and enjoyed the balcony (the hotel is non-smoking. if you aren't big on walking, there are a couple of close metro stations. well appointed room. comfortable bed. disappointments: no tea/coffee making facilities and unable to order before 7am. room service was limited and dependent on patronage.

The staff at breakfast restaurant are not friendly... The Taxi rat from the hotel to Orly airport is €35 & to CDG airport is €55 The breakfast price is 25€ Small lobby.. Very small elevator.. The reception staff are helpful and friendly
