This is a very well run property. Staff was so courteous and helpful. She handled every request that I had with ease. My room was clean, spacious and with good rates. If you are looking to visit Bworth anytime soon, you should check into Chariton Bworth.

My first choice to stay when coming to Seberang Perai as I'm travelling with wife + 2 teenager. Family room is available in this hotel to accommodate 4 of us with reasonable price. Advise to have your own transport to travel. But I notice there is a public bus (rapid penang) passing by in front of the hotel.

Much Inproved Hotel”

I had previously stayed in this hotel couple of years ago. It has been really improved now with comfy beds, clean rooms and renovated facilities. As always, parking for this hotel is superb with lots of parking front and back

Very spacious room that could fit up to 4 adults for super deluxe . Clean and tidy room. Aircon is cold and shower heater is warm with good water pressure. Bed is soft and comfortable. Highly recommend hotel for couple and families

My prefered hotel to stay with family”

Very reasonable price for family room. My room very big with 2 single bed and seperate room for 1 king bed. Enough parking space to park your vehicle. However, to stay here you need your own vehicle as the hotel location is quite far from attractive place in seberang perai or georgetown area.

when we use GrabCar to this hotel, the apps cannot detect the exact location. So, we have to search the nearest landmark and use name of that area which is Taman Jermal Indah. Luckily, we managed to see this hotel from the road side. The room size is just average. Overall our stay is just okay (with that kind of price, what do you expect?).

Around 7km only to Sg. Dua for superb taste char kuey teow and mi udang/rebus. Near Restoran Subaidah for not bad nasi kandaq (the toilet at this restaurant is also good and clean). Near to ferry jeti to go to the island. Suggestion - upgrade for toilet cleanliness and do halal food readymade for hotel breakfast. Overall, a happy holiday for us!

I have booked super deluxe room which was spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel management must pay extra attention on the dusty window. Thick dust trapped on the window frame. Overall, the hotel is great, and will be greater if the hotel can provide breakfast

Location is not an issue if you're driving. Just about 15 minute away from Butterworth ferry terminal and train station.

Room Big and Spacious But Bedsheet and Overall Cleanliness Was 1/10 Cause Bedsheet When i Stayed Had A Small Stain But I Didn't Know What Stain It Was So It Grossed Me Out. The Best Is The Membership Where Can Get Flat Rate and no Deposit For Future Direct Booking To Hotel. Looking Forward For More Stays After Improvement

I arrived around 1:00 AM to the Hotel. I met this Malaysian Chinese Man in the reception and I told him I have booked 2 rooms in the hotel through Agoda I ask him should I shared with you my hotel booking ID or my name for you to check my booking. Before I can finish my sentence he said I don't have a booking here. When I showed him booking confirmation receipt from Agoda he still sticks to his words that no booking is in the Hotel. This Malaysian Chinese Man is not polite and not ready to listen to me (Typical Malaysian Hospitality). Somehow I make him understand that I do have my booking in the Hotel kindly please check properly and at last he accepted I have a booking. I suggest people booking this property, please call the hotel and confirm the booking over the phone and make sure you make note of the person with whom u have spoken. The hotel should Hire people who have experience in the Hospitality Industry not some person who just need a job.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly to their customer. For example they had helped to print out my bus e-ticket from me. The location of the hotel also very convenient for me. The only issue was my room had no chain lock at the door. it was damaged and worried someone would easily break into my room.

Strategic location”

I'm travelling with my parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother in law and 2 little nieces. We are happy with the room except for below. But overall, we are happy with our stayed there. 1) bathroom is not fully clean 2) there is 1 towel rip 3) we requested for a room service and yet the towels are not been changed. called front desk to have it changed, promise to send the new ones however we've to wait until late at night after my second call.
