Nice hotel with great views of the harbour.”
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is not in the city center but the hotel offers free transfer to the city center at dinner and lunch time. They also offer transfer to the airport. Room was comfortable. From the hotel one can enjoy wonderful views of Labuan Bajo.

Decent hotel”
We were three girls and we stayed for three nights. the stay at komodo was decent. We took the garden facing room initially which was not good. The toilet seat had no cover and there was a stink. The ocean facing room was sooo much better. We stayed two nights in the ocean facing room. I must say that the staff are extremely friendly and ready to help. Our bathroom heater wasn’t working and within 10 minutes they got someone to fix it. Breakfast consisted of toast fruit and coffee/tea. Pocket friendly place to stay but i strongly recommend taking the ocean facing room. They re bigger and more airy. Also we did see a baby scorpion in our toilet. We re not entirely sure. But it did look like one.

not worth the money”
no trip to komodo can be booked, only diving etc. Hard to sleep at night because the sheet too thin, but airconditioner too cold.light on the other rooms will come into the room. making it a difficult experience. Loud music at night :( Really hard to rest after a day of long trip.

Booked for a double room (twin beds). Didn't accommodate for this”
After booking online for two single beds, we arrived to our room to find that there was only 1 bed. Upon speaking with staff, they didn't have such a room available, even though they advertised it. Negotiation took place to get a refund as I paid cash for the room. Managed to receive half of the amount before leaving the hotel for another place

Veronica the owner and staff go above and beyond. They worked so hard for me!! Very personable. ”
Well. Here's a a story. Lost my I-phone off the back of my scooter. Careless of me. While traveling to Cunca Walang waterfall. 35 km from Labuan Bajo. A kind hearted driver and young man named Harris found it. Realized I had a booking at CF Komodo. They called the hotel and the staff asked all guests if they had lost a phone. They mentioned it to me and I confirmed I had lost my phone carelessly. Veronica the owner and front desk attendant Heliry worked hard to secure its return from Rutang a 100 km away!! Wow I was so fortunate and am so grateful to them. You can't go wrong with exemplary service like that. CF Komodo Always!! Steve Lundeen USA

We absolutely loved this place”
Flores is beautiful and we stayed longer here in CF Komodo then anywhere else on our trip. Veronica and Adrianos were wonderful owners and made sure we had all we needed. Henrig and Lexy were fabulousness and always there to help with anything. They were really great, and Henrig is awesome with his guitar. The room was big, clean and the bed was super comfortable. They changed everything every 2 days and cleaned the room every day. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of our time sitting on the patio drinking coffee or cocktails reading or playing cards. We went down to the store and bought toilet paper, mosquito coils, bottle of vodka and juice and everything was perfect. Pluses- clean room, comfortable bed, AC works well, fun outside shower, hot water, amazing view, great sitting area, has its own kettle for coffee and tea. Cons- mesquetoes (just get coils and spray), the walk from town ( we didn't really mind this). The mosques go off 5 times a day for about an half hr each time. The hotel is as far away as you can get from the singing of 5 mosques going off, overlapping each other. Takes about 7-8 mins to get to middle of town, maybe 12 going back up the hill to the hotel. Worth it though for that view and the quiet-ish area. Not a lot to do in Labaun Bajo, great jumping off point for tours and dives. No good swimming from the town, have to go out to the islands to avoid the trash. Rinca to see dragons is a must. The Blue Marlin has great food as does the Mediterranean. Martin Nelson was awesome helping us with trips and tickets, and he's really funny.

Nice hotel, great view!”
This hotel is located on the hill overlooking Labuan Bajo on the way to the airport. The view is magnificent. The rooms are modern and new with comfortable beds and aircon. The bathrooms are in the back of the room, outside, with an open ceiling. This is kind fun as within the plants in the bathroom there are usually a few guests like frogs or the occasional gecko. The hotel is very comfortable and overall a nice property. The staff is just wonderful and really try hard to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was simple in the morning with pancakes one day, eggs and toast another and coffee and tea. The room has a kettle for hot water and although does not have safes, it has locking cabinets. The hotel is about a 20 - 30 min walk to town down a hill (an of course back up a hill) and is not really super convenient if you go into and out of town a lot. We walked in the morning to go diving and back in the afternoon and then again for dinner. You can rent motorbikes for $7.50USD per day in town or grab a moto for around $.50USD if you can catch one. The negative was no wifi at all so if you need wifi to stay in touch with work. (as we did) you just have to go to a local restaurant to get it. The price value for this property is great. We had a nice stay and I would recommend it. (Next time I would rent the motorbike though! Although the exercise was good for me)

Nice expirience”
I planed to stay at CF Komodo Hotel before and after my Komodo Live-aboard. Pick up from the Airport worked perfectly. The Airport is only 3 mins away from the Hotel ( but don't worry you cant hear it ). The Hotel is on the quiet hill above Labuan Bajo. You have beautiful view on the ocean. The rooms are very basic but clean with a comfy bed air con and a garden bathroom ; ) The family Veronica and Adriano and their staff Elsa and Gusti are very helpful. As is said i planed to stay for 3 nights only. Unfortunately a volcano nearby erupted and flights got cancelled. I ended up staying 2more nights, they where extremely helpful to try to get me on a plane and drove me several times to the airport. I ended up leaving by boat but their support was great ! If i come back to Labuan Bajo i will defiantly stay with them again.

Friendly with a good view”
I recommend CF Komodo if you are looking for a quiet place to put your head down after drinks in Labuan Bajo or a day trip to Rica island in search of Komodo dragons. A bit of a hike from town, but you can easily walk to/from the airport. Bemos galore, ojek, and motorbike rentals make it easy to get town quickly if you don't enjoy walking. Motorbike rentals can be delivered to CF for the price of an ojek ride into town. The staff is happy to arrange that or anything else the average traveler seeks in the area (Komodo dragons, snorkeling, diving, etc). Staff is super friendly. Two thumbs up!

Far from town but good price”
We chose this hotel because we were only staying in Labuan Bajo for one night before and one night after a 3 day boat tour. It was OK overall. The staff was very nice and helpful and the newer room was nice, but we arrived late when returning from our tour and they gave us an older room which was not nearly as nice as the new rooms. We like walking so we didn't think we would mind staying outside of town, but we soon realized that the walk into town was not very pleasant and we definitely didn't want to walk back to the hotel at night. The nice thing is that the hotel has a shuttle that takes you into town at 7-7:30pm or so and picks up at 9pm so you can go into town for dinner. This is a good option if you're just looking for somewhere cheap and basic and don't mind being out of town, but I would have paid $10-15 more to stay somewhere nicer in town for an overall nicer experience in Labuan Bajo.

Dear Thank your stayed at CF Komodo Hotel during your holiday in Labuan Bajo...thank you for your comment.. best regards Yuni
Great hotel with great value for money”
Our three day stay at Labuan Bajo was a fantastic experience, not only because of the great location and kommodo dragons, but because of the owner of the hotel. It was she who was almost single handedly managing the hotel though she did have the co-operation of her staff. We also had a great dining experience in the owner's small restaurant near the harbour. We used to savour the delicious grilled fish and sea food along with the owner's ever smiling face. Also the ride to & back from the restaurant was complimentary too. We strongly recommend this hotel to those who wish to taste the true flavour of Labuan bajo.

Uphill walk from town, but clean and pleasant stay + good aircon!”
I must say we were a little worried before we arrived having read some fairly questionable reviews, but our stay was good. There are two blocks of rooms (new and old), we were offered a choice of a room in each when we arrived. The older ones have an outdoor bathroom (still enquire and private) and some have lovely views of the harbour, where as new rooms face more towards the road but have indoor bathrooms. We opted for the new room and it was pretty great to be honest - very clean, nice bathroom, good shower (hot water and good pressure), nice balcony, great air con (we actually turned in down a by after a while, overall room looked brand new. Only slight issue was that the bathroom floor didn't really dry at all after showers (this there was a slow leak somewhere) but it was a wet room design anyway to this didn't matter too much. It was quite expensive compared to prices elsewhere in Indonesia, but seemed one of the cheapest not horrendous places in Labuan Bajo.

Nice Staff and great view”
we enjoyed our stay with ibu veronica at cf komodo. they were very responsive to our request for transfer from the ferry to the hotel, but it would have been difficult without our indonesian phone. the staff was helpful with bags and baggage storage while we were away in komodo. we were a bit surprised on arrival to see that only 2 rooms were completed. fine with us because we only required two rooms. but important to note the hotel is under development. it is just a 10-15 minute walk down to the main strip and bu veronica can arrange transport. amazing view from the top of the property. breakfast is fairly basic and local, but am sure accomodations would be made if requested. overall, we would stay here again and hope to see the finished product next time. rooms were nice, comfortable, new and clean.

Great hotel, great view, and great service”
rooms have a great view of the ocean and islands. 5 minute walk downtown, and if you don't want to walk just ask the owner or staff and they will get you a ride. they are very accomdating, we were able to set up a trip to komodo island directly through them, and the price was better than a lot that we were looking at initially. they bring you breakfast in the morning, but are careful not to disturb you if you are sleeping in. if they do not have what you want, they go out and get it. the owner (veronica) is very hands on, and is always making sure you have what you need. very highly recommended. be careful not to confuse this with the other hotels with "komodo" in the name. none are as nice as this one, and i can't imagine a friendlier staff.

Comfortable stay, Beautiful View”
Our stay at CF Komodo Hotel was very comfortable. The location is up on the hill, so during mornings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, eating breakfast, and drinking coffee, while looking out at the view. The staff was very friendly and courteous, but we did have a strange situation happen. First, when we arrived, my friends were placed in a room with twin beds, although in the booking it stated a double bed. And then the next day, the hotel staff moved all my friends' things to another room without their permission (this happened while we were gone during the day). The staff later explained that there were two new arrivals who had specifically requested twin beds, so it only made sense to make my friends transfer rooms. In addition to that, the staff accidentally left a few of my friends' belongings in their old room. Luckily the new arrivals were very honest, but such open exposure to my friends' personal belongings (which my friends believed to have been locked securely in the room) was considerably unprofessional of the hotel to overlook. Overall, a good stay, but I think the hotel needs to work better on their communication.
