Locked out. Had to sleep elsewhere. Never stay here.”

I accidentally locked myself out of the room. Absolutely NO assistance was available until 10am the next day. Luckily I had my wallet because I had to book ANOTHER HOTEL so I had somewhere to sleep. Will NEVER recommend this standard of service. Poor service, they said everything is in the welcome message (not received). If you are locked out like us... bad luck. Sleep in the hallway I guess. They do not care. Zero stars.
