Amazing stay, too good place!”

Positives: The South wing is just too amazing, having taken rooms on ground floor with direct access to swimming pool from the room balcony, made our stay amazing. Rooms are big, spacious, clean, comfortable. It has got big swimming pool with bar inside pool and chairs under water - super amazing. Adjoining Water park is fun for kids though it can be dirty by evening as it is open for public with separate entrance. We loved our stay. City Times Square, food joints and Pier 1 (in case you are planning to go to Bohol or other islands too) are closeby. Bistro was kind to take our request and prepare vegetarian food for breakfast. Only improvement area is on breakfast. It was served in rooms unlike common buffet in other hotels. This restricted what we can eat as we have to order and we have to wait every time we order to staff delivering/ on phone. Wifi had good speed though coupon was restricted for one devise per day. Overall, we would still love to come back and recommend others.

Great city getaway inside the city”

A private wing inside the fun Westown lagoon water park. Perfectly large , clean and equipped room with a wonderful swimming pool. Tip: bring your own large 4-6 liter water bottles, since the hotel bar and restaurant only sell small ones.

An enjoyable staycation”

CHECK-IN/OUT: very good. we're grateful they allowed us to have an early check-in and check-out was just quick. SOUTH WING AREA: love the exclusivity of the place as it was calm and quiet; pools were clean; room was spacious BUT was concerned seeing a bed bug in one of the beds, hope the management can address the problem. POOLS: enjoyable for kids & adults, however, their kid's pool & dragon cove were unmanned or rarely checked, leaving young children the liberty to trash the area (e.g. bringing of plastics, bottled water, canned drinks), and people were not reprimanded to shower before getting into the pool resulting into a dirtier water as the day progressed. FOOD: average taste at an expensive price (glad they allowed outside food) ENVIRONMENT: great ambiance, but the table & chairs area was foul-smelling from the garbage, it would be best if bins with lids are installed.

Exceptional”

We would definitely stay at Westown again. We had a pool room so we could step out of our room and into the pool. The breakfast was delicious and generous and served on our outside table by the pool. We found the staff to be friendly and they let us store our luggage the next day so we could explore the city as we had a late night flight. The location was great as there was a food truck market and several restaurants right next door . There was also a small shopping center about 5 minute walk away. Our children LOVED the waterpark! There are 3 pools (one with big slides) and 2 warm spa pools which the kids had access to from 6am-11pm.

Accessible hotel in Mandaue”

The hotel was clean and nice, staff is courteous. The area outside the hotel seems to be very busy because of the waterpark but its still peace and quiet on the exclusive south wing. I hope next time I will book the room with pool access because the pool is very tempting and sparkling! I will visit this hotel again!

A Hotel within a waterpark!”

The waterpark is a plus! The south wing is an exclusive site in the area with pool access to some rooms. The room is huge and clean and staff are friendly. We enjoyed swimming in the exclusive pool as well as on the waterpark area. There is a bar and live music at night. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

If you have young kids”

Goods - Free access to Waterpark. A private pool if you live in South Wing. Pool access room at affordable price. A shopping Mall (Parkmall) within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel food at reasonable price. Not so good - Set breakfast (not buffet style) Nothing nearby (nearest is Parkmall) Most of the hotel guests are local and Korean. I find hotel staff not very friendly / helpful to Chinese. Note: taxi in Cebu City are using meter. IMO cheaper than Grab.

Good Location , an excellent place with Family ”

i booked a room for my family , the rooms are clean and have a good wifi , however the water in shower is so slow since we are staying in the 2nd floor but so far only this one is not so good . the south wing is exclusive for those who booked so the pool is quite excellent for us . during my stay the pool is not so congested so its good to have fun while swimming . Staff are friendly , aside only from the restaurant but all in all we had a great time there . God bless everyone .

Wish i had a pool side room in the south wing, stairs from patio right into pool. Only bad thing is that the location is more industrial. But close to SM Mall. Very nice, and quite, wish i would have stayed longer. But $93 USD a night.

Nice place to get away from city’s busy life. ”

A nice place for kids to go swimming. My 2 year old daughter had fun playing on the water. The room stay in south wing is nice having a private pool exclusive for guests staying in there only. Location is great as it is a few minutes ride from Cebu City. There are food market at night beside the place if you want to dine outside. The only downside during our stay are the staffs, especially their front desk stafs. They are not accommodating, they don’t greet and smile. As if they don’t like and love their jobs, which is very bad knowing that how they welcome and treat guests make a lasting impression. The management should do something on this.

Booked this hotel for a “staycation” moment with my bestfriend for our Cebu trip. And I just really think our stay here was just great. Our room was big for us just two, I think we couldve invited two more for our reservation. Like our room was good for 4. I loved our pool access. That was the best for me. Also liked the bathroom! It was clean, and with good lighting :) we just really spent the rest of our afternoon in the hotel. We even transferred pools where they had big slides. I think this would be a nice place to bring your family with you :) We ordered food from their cafe for dinner, it was okay. Nothing special, I’d say it’s a bit pricy but alright!

Nice hotel for the water parc”

Very nice room, quite pool in South Wing, water slides in the water parc, 1 food court outside the hotel and 1 bar/night club next door Limited options for breakfast served in the room, neighbourhood is really not nice, nothing to do and see in walking distance. They ask for payment on arrival and they charge 500 PHP per night for a baby crib!

The staff were very accommodating and courteous. All my requests pre check in were granted. The south wing is the place to be if you value your privacy because it is exclusive for in house guests only. Definitely going back☺️

Nice hotel with waterpark”

The hotel is location is perfect, it is a few minute ride to SM, S&R and Parkmall. The hotel has great amenities, from the bar, the ktv, the coffeeshop and most of all the WATERPARK! All rooms has free pass to the waterpark and my kid enjoyed it during our stay. I really recommend this resort hotel in the middle of the city.

Good & Failed ”

Poor customer service at reception area. Foods are too typical & looks like not a hotel facility cafe. Breakfast served good yet no condiments included. Better to eat outside the hotel. They better prioritise walk-in than in-house guest. The only 1st hotel I booked in Agoda that I encountered dilemma & about to cancelled. As if your not a guest of the hotel. Overall,the facilities are good especially the exclusive pool in the South wing areas.
