i have been to many hotels, both for business and for leasure. cebu fiesta business inn is one of my hotel experiences that will surely be memorable. easy and fast check in, hassle free stay, and very restful nights, clean and large rooms are my criteria for a hotel to go back to time and again. and for sure, this hotel would be on top of my list when i'll return to cebu. kudos to the friendly and accommodating staff...

Budget hotel with nice features”
clean rooms, great location, you can just walk from hotel to some attractions like Magellan's cross, fort san pedro. jeeps are always available within the place if you want to tour around cebu on a tight budget.

Reasonable for the price. Location.”
It was reasonable for the price. Receptionist did not want to talk too much, but he gave us early check in (7 AM) without asking us, what was great after night spent in the airport hall. Street around is a bit slum, but located in the center of Cebu, all POI close to the hotel. Will pick again with the same budget.

Nice one. It really fits our needs since it was just near to the review centers of our two sons who is currently reviewing for the board exams. And specially the price is reasonable even if the building is newly constructed. My wife and I love it.

Improve the manning of the hotel by supervision and additional staff with proper knowledge in hotel management. Provide some brochures/maps about Cebu abd its attractions. Show your directions in case of fire/emergencies in each room.

good location but old and too thin sheets”
What i like about cebu fiesta suites is that u can almost go to your destinations easily as the place is within downtown cebu. we stayed for 3 nights. on the first night i was cold and requested for thick sheets but the staff said they dont have.that was my only complaint about our stay, otherwise, the hotel is budget-friendly and convenient.

Great hotel, Great Service, Very Clean,OK location”
I really enjoyed this hotel. The only negative being the location, and the location isn't bad. I found it is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in here in the Philippines. The best complimentary breakfast I have had here also. I will definitely come back.

stayed two days undisturbed, as the place is so generally quiet, somehow tucked away from noisy traffic. all the facilities as advertised were working fine. i was lucky the personnel and other guests were generally quiet during my whole stay since the walls in between the rooms seem not to have enough capacity to insulate the sounds. The other thing is that, I had some feeling of being cramped (asphyxiated would be saying too much) there inside my room since it is practically "buried" inside with no outlets, even when I tried to open the windows I could see and grasp nothing but the thick walls of the adjacent building, almost no fresh air coming to you, and even the smart cellphone signal was very weak. Apart from these, though, my stay was very pleasant.

Good and peacefull Hotel with great staff”
Was staying here for some night, Staff was superb and my biggest concern was the Internet but it works flawlessly 3Mbits so i could enjoy my stay. Also location isent that bad not far with taxi to main area of town., Brilliant Security + CCTV cameras . There breakfast was 50/50 , only Philippine style of food not my taste directly . The Rooms was quite and no noise from outside, and the beds was oKey !

NEVER BOKER THIS HOTEL!. 1st location is in cebu is in a red light area, meaning people checking in here are expected to be peostitutes or addicts!!.. I got used that everything is online,that when i checked in at other hotels i don't need printed voucher.. What happened to me in this hotel is terrible!!.. Beware!!! a guy, in what i thought was a by stander since he was dressed up in a off white sleeveless top and a basketball shorts and slipper approched me and asked me if i Booked online, i said yes, he started to ramble about his personal complaints about online bookings, at 1st i didn't mind him, until he slammed a group of receipt to me, and started to sound sarcasttic saying "i'll show u printed voucher in case you don't know what it means".. He did disclosed & thought i am iliterate to understand what he meant.. When i said "oh this is the first time i was asked for a voucher".. He again slammed another folder where he said contained papers of their house rules & said "i will read to you our rules because u don't understand how i don't like dealing with customers booking online".. I MEAN WHAT IS HIS PROBLEM??.. HE IS TOTALLY RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE, UNEDUCATED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!.. He wAs suppose to help me find any other options or kindly explain to me how they deal with stuffs or problems with their customers and not raise his voice as if he doesn't care about anything.. I then went to find an internet cafe and printed the voucher, when i presented him back to him, he started shouting something like "so there it goes, when u can find a way then, you made me angry earlier".. I was already provoked by the way he talked to me so i asked him what is his problem, because his manners and behavious is starting to kill my patience.. YOU KNOW WHAT HE DID, he challenged me outside for a FIST FIGHT.. Me? A woman?This guy should go back to the streets where he belongs!. This is a sick attitude for a business hotel, and this totally made the establishment Indescent!!..

it was my best vacation ever. Hotel is clean and quiet.Hotel staff are nice and complete your request request in timely manner. I love this hotel coz it' acessivle to transpo and just few walks away from heritage oarks, churches, shopping malls, etc.

Overall it was not satisfied due to certain reasons. 1) The bedroom and bathroom were too small (we got a Superior room for 4 people and it was like a double room in size) 2) The staff was not friendly (there was a guy and he didn't provide much information about the attractions and other information about the city, which was not like in other hotels we had stayed before) 3) Inside the room, bed sheets and covers were just pieces of cloths and was not comfortable (The covers were dark brown ones, where it should be white to see if it was clean) 4) The A/C was an old type one which can only be controlled manually. 5) Only 2 small pieces of soap and 2 shampoo packets were provided for 4 person for 2 days and no room service for the whole stay. In good ways, 1) The rooms and bath rooms were clean 2) The location was good
