Sayang kasi last day ko nabook ang jotel naming with courtyard. Ang ganda ng rooms nila and ang bait ng staff I like the room so much. malapit sa mall terminal and airport ng Cebu. kung babalik man kami ng Cebu mag stay ulit kami ditto and for sure mas longer stay na para hindi saying. cons - walang elevator, hagdan lang ang room naming nun 4th floor lol. thank you Cebu Courtyard

I had a good time in staying with the hotel”

I stayed here in Cebu Courtyard Hotel for 3 days and I am satisfied with my stay. Its a value for money. Room a little bit small but I am happy with the price. This is best for a back packers . The location is near the airport. Hoping soon the hotel will be having an elevator and a restaurant or coffee ahop

Great, new option near Mactan Airport”

If you're in need of a place nearby the airport, this is a great option. It's just recently open (the taxi driver did not know it yet), and it's nearby several shopping options as well. The store on the ground floor is great as well. The rooms are a small and there is not elevator, but the aircon is strong and the TVs are big. I will stay the next time I have a flight through Cebu.

Budget place near mactan airport”

A fairly new and affordable place for a quick stay in mactan especially of you have an early morning flight the next day. Room was clean. Only complaint is the low water pressure in the shower and no elevator. But the staff helped us in carrying our things to our room and also helped in booking a car thru uber to go the airport for an early morning flight.

not for the picky”

It's not as near the airport as I expected ( I thought it looked very near & convenient on the map and on the reviews i read ). On our way to the hotel, we passed by a couple other places to stay that would've been nearer. You get what you paid for though, because our room was very cheap. There was no elevator :( and we had to carry all our bags up 4 flights of stairs. But the room was clean, no weird smells, the shower was working, and it was easy to book a grab car to the airport at 5am.

Excellent value for price”

Was a great value for the price of $15 USD a night. Flat screen television with satellite reception. AC to help beat the heat. A nice rooftop view to enjoy the sights. There is a store in the hotel for any necessities you might need. It has a nice selection of food and drink too. The staff was always pleasent. Within walking distance of the outlet stores for a variety of shopping and dining out experiences.

Amazing Location”

Affordable and the accommodation was really great. The place is clean and safe, but the front desk stop were not really friendly and accommodating. Facilities were good and the wifi connection was really fast. I suggest that they must at least smile towards the guest if they feel a shame to say a simple greeting of good morning or good evening. And communication is needed especially if there is a changes or additional information regarding with the room accommodation. They must not wait for the guest to discover and ask what went wrong with their booking reservation. Anyway, the location of the hotel is great. Has easy access to transportation and outlet to fast food chains and malls. I would still love to stay there next time.

the rat is very friendly”

ive stayed in lapu lapu about 10 nights a year when i first found this hotel i was very happy and in the next month stayed 3 or 4 more times away nice rooms good staff and good price (php 400 cheaper to book with agoda than at the hotel) the last time i stay things didnt go well in the morning when i came down to check out there were 3 people at the desk one playing on her phone and didn't even look up one working on computer and a third playing on her phone i asked for someone to check the room and no one paid any attention a min later a pregnant lady came in and very firmly told the one girl to check my room and after she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look moved like she only had one leg the rest of check out went better before the girls were always good but maybe with out a supervisor they really slack off , thats not my problem. i just went back to the express hotel pros: good price on line ,good wifi , ok beds, nice hot shower. clean hotel, don't mind the rat on 2nd floor,

location good for close access to airport”

Small, basic room, clean and comfortable. Room comes with a wardrobe and table. Ideal for staying overnight if flying the next day. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you take a left and walk down to the traffic lights there are some food places to choose from and a couple of supermarkets. Not a big choice for breakfast, the hotel offers breakfast at an additional cost but the pictures weren't enticing.

Great little hotel, within a few minutes walk of a huge shopping area with supermarkets and banks. Hotel itself was clean. Very reasonable price.

Affordable place near airport”

The place is near the airport and there are a lot of available Angkas motors even if it’s still very early in the morning. The room is nice, AC works fine, bed and cabinet are big, shower has adjustable water temperature. Only the TV has no remote control so I cannot change channels. The rooftop is also a great place to unwind especially if you’re tired from all the travel but still want to see a great view without leaving the hotel.

It was ok for a short stay”

Pros: 1. Walking distance from outlet mall and jeepney terminal 2. Inexpensive 3. 24/7 Convenience store on hotel's ground floor Cons: 1. No elevator 2. Some of the facilities inside the room is not working (e.g toilet flush, window blinds) If you are just staying for the night, and has no problem dealing with a bit of dust, then I would recommend you this place. Can be a bit noisy during daytime since there are lots of tricycle passing and some videoke singing from nearby store. 2 jeepney rides away from the hotel to Mactan airport.

Hotel is ok. Mactan is terrible so don't plan more than a night when waiting for next flight...

The best about this place are the restaurants and shoppes around the area, it is very near Outlets, where factory priced branded items are being sold in their legit shoppes. Television channels have very erratic signal.

Check in and check out are very fast. The air conditioner is a little noise. The hot water is hot enough. But the water pressure is law. This price is worth that you live in here.

Great staff good deal”

I've stayed here over 15 times.lots of places to eat with on 15 minutes walk lots of hot water air and wifi works good. Store on location very good staff and watch man . Only negative is no elevator so if that's a problem pay about 80 php more do a 2nd floor room. A few tables out frount and in the store to eat at or visit and have a cold beer or cigarette .short ride to airport

Acceptable”

Hotel staff at the lobby were not very accommodating, but the one at the convenience store was very patient. Room was acceptable for a transit stay before flying out of Cebu. There was no elevator. Hotel is a bit difficult to locate, do not follow the one you see on google maps. Had to ask around where it is.

Cheap and adequate for purpose”

I was looking just for a room for a few hours to sleep in-between flights at Mactan International. This suited..barely. The hotel wouldn't respond to repeated queries about accommodation from morning to evening, so I booked for the night before and had to pay 500 pesos extra for late check-out. They did respond with their reservations phone number, which Agoda blanked out. The room was adequate, except for the roosters doing their thing. Still, it's the Philippines after all! There was no elevator. Aircon was ok, but the TV only had one channel, and that was only a Cignal promo channel. No actual programs at all.
