this is the most clean and cheap guest house in cebu city. location is near IT park, jy mall, but 10 mins by walk by main road which is pro, also, and cons of this place. you can feel local, but someone may feel bit scared if you are not really familiar with ph. Reception is really kind and accommodating. Room is small, but good airconditioned. overall, best value hotel in cebu city if you ever tried other guest house in cebu..

Location on Google Map probem.”

There is something wrong on the location of the inn in the google map so we walk around to find the place. We are confused because we booked "Cebu City Center Inn-IT Park Lahug" and as we google it the place was located inside the Camp where no house or establishment inside so we walk outside the camp until we find the place same name hoping that it will be the place and luckily we got it right. I google back the location and the name of the inn was not the same in the google map. Only the location is the problem everything inside are all okay and the staff is smiling.

Nice touches”

This hotel is in a good location if you want to stay near IT park, however it is a little far away from some of the attractions in the city centre. The hotel is really nicely decorated, with lots of nice little touches. This makes it seem homely. The staff are really friendly and happy to help you organise taxis to the airport, or to your next destination. The hotel is clean, and has a nice outdoor area where you can sit and relax. The rooms are spacious, although there is a lack of plug sockets. It would be nice if each bed had their own sockets, or if there were more sockets placed in the rooms.

Clean and Good Location”

Honestly, we were kinds surprised when we arrived there because of its exact location. But while exploring the area near the inn. Its actually a good location since its almost near to all the places that we've been planning to visit in Cebu. As for the traveler's inn, it is very clean (even the common bathroom), cute, vintage, small, and has a very fast wifi connection. Well as for their staff, I'm so sorry to say this but they are not really that welcoming and friendly to their guest. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are on a budget.

Clean and Great Value for Money!”

This place is just a few minute walk from JY square and also close to IT Park. I loved how well they maintain the restrooms which is shared with other guests. When booking a ride going here, you can type “Food District Hostel Cebu Central” instead. Definitely worth your money!

2nd time to check-in for a shared room”

The first time I've been here was last April, in a shared room for 8. All are from different countries, the facilities is nice and relaxing, they have a place where you can stay, and chill like a living room. There is also laminated papers, a list of nearby places or tourist spots within Cebu, helpful for those who have no itinerary yet. Second check-in was this July, in a shared room for 3 people. One of the stuff recognized me for coming back. The place is still the same as before. There are 4 shared bathroom and toilet if I'm not mistaken. The walls are not tiles but the floor is. It may be hard to find, but walking distance to eatery. Just one ride from SM Cebu City.

It's my first time sharing a room with other travelers. And it's actually a good way of meeting new people coming from different countries. The place is good too, I love how they decorated the place. It is afforable as well. I would definitely come back to this place whenever I'll need a place to stay in Cebu.

Food district hostel cebu central and this inn are under 1 management. Can't distinguish the difference. Everything is good except for the lady receptionist who wasn't welcoming at all and doesn't know how the processes with agoda bookings work.

Awesome Stay”

It's important to know that this hostel is Food District Hostel Cebu Central in google maps. Anyway, I felt at home in here. I love the interior design and everything else. Plus, they gave me a free towel when it was for rent! (i stayed in the dormitory where towels are not complimentary)

It is recommended for taveler who likes quiet place”

I've been to many places and it's my first time in cebu. I stayed for 15days at this hostel. it is located near J.Y sqare mall which is around 400m, clean and quiet. also the receptionist is kind and friendly. when i ask her something she answer with a smile and explain realy well. but i have one problem about the public toilet of the hostel. In the morning, when i use the toilet there is a shortage of water. but i like the hostel. also it has free wifi.

The location is far from IT park, i mean not really far but the said name and location are not the same. Much said near from a Military Camp but minutes away from IT Park. From what I see its an old house that is being renovated and decorated just a inn. If you are a traveler and just want to sleep it nice for its price but if you want a relaxing stay, not really recommended this one. But then, we still liked our room even if it doesn't have a CR. You will have a common CR for everybody.

Good place to stay”

The staffs didn't inform us that there were changes in our booking and we were moved to their sister hotel located in the area. The number provided upon booking confirmation was not updated that we have to roam around the area for like 20 mins just looking for the place. We stayed in Cebu Budget Hotel. The reception areas were cozy. We requested for blankets that they should have provided before we checked in. The receptionist mentioned that the room upgraded because we had a private comfort area wherein it was already in the confirmation and whatn I booked. The TV sounded rusty (due to connection). Overall, good place to stay.

A 10min walk from the highway where jeeps and taxis are which isn't good for those in a hurry but only 1 ride away from IT Park and malls. Lots of motorcycle drivers outside too. The staff are kind and accommodating. Rooms are small yet clean and are worth the price. There's also a common kitchen and outdoor area good for instagram photos if you're in to that. Overall I had a good stay!

the place is clean but location is very far from the city centre. The traffic is chaotic in Cebu so it make big difference. The hostel is situated in residential area and not easy to find as the name is different on the entrance.

The name of the Inn is not visible enough from the outside”

Overall experience is Good! But I think you need to improve the name of the Inn. I recommend that you need to make a bigger banner with lights and as much as possible make the banner higher and visible from the corner of the street. Thanks

Comfy and Accomodatig”

The place is good for back packers or for those who wants to stay overnight. Restrooms are shared but they have individual shower rooms. They don't offer food so if you want to stay here better bring something to eat or you can just go buy outside since everything are self service. Kitchen are also shared and utensils with some appliances you can use. It's pretty worth the price.

I like the place its clean. I'm a freelancer and I thought its a perfect place to work while I'm in Cebu but the wifi was very slow. The place was so hard to find and most of the taxi driver didn't know the place so you'd instruct them the directions. But overall I still recommend this property since it's affordable and clean.
