The whole family is very friendly. A nice hotel in general”
I booked a room with mountain view and the view is very nice. Even if I would go to a coffee shop nearby for similar view, it costs me about 4 dollar. For now, I paid to this hotel only 15usd, I got nice room with nice view and breakfast. The location of this hotel is very convenient to any place; Cat Cat Village, train station, restaurants, mall, a square (my baby drives a small bike here and he likes it very much), stone church, lake, ... Thanks the whole family of cat cat sunrise and we look forward to come back to Sapa again after next 3 or 4 yrs. With love from Myanmar (Burma) ေက်းဇူးပါ

Really enjoyed my stay at the cat cat sunrise.The hotel is situated right where the treks start.The hotel offers probably one of the best day treks in sapa.Liked the included breakfast and my room was well appointed and clean.Will definitely stay at the cat cat sunrise when next I visit sapa.

1 night stay, not enough to say much”
this stay was in jan 2018 it was a last mins stay in sapa as we hit down from the hike after 2 days. there wasnt enough hot water for shower as there are 6 of us. hence they open up another room to provide us quick and hot shower. i believe hot shower is important as its cold there. the bed even comes with heater. no complaint, wont mind going back there again but just no nice view from the room.

Feels like home. However, it should be more value for money @ Restaurant for lunch or dinner. Cooked food is great. Taste is like home-made. But price is a little bit higher than public restaurant.

Nice place to stay at Sapa town”
The owner was so nice and helpful,we stayed here for 3 nights,and he level up our room to a double room with a great mountain view!sSo lovely!They offered great food in their restaurant,the kitchen is very clean,the soup was delicious (tomato soup with baguette).Highly recommended!

The owner can't speak a word of English but he was so kind and lovely! The bed was the best bed we had in whole Vietnam. The (heating-)blankets were a dream! It is a bit cold and dark in the room. Bathroom small but all in all a good hotel for low budget traveller

The room was dark and had bed sheets that were wet. Nothing like the pictures shown about this place is like what’s posted. Sapa is a damp and misty place so some places have this problem with dampness as I found out asking around but here the sheets were literally soaked and it was so cold there at night unlike other places in Vietnam. The beds come with an electric heater that supposedly heat the sheets which the owner said to use that and that would dry the sheet but that was total bs and the heater is a joke anyways.

너무 습했다.”
싼 맛에 그냥 자려했는데 냉과 습이 함께 들어오는 느낌이고, 창문은 바짝 닫히지 않아 바로 앞 거리의 소음과 각종 벌레, 먼지들이 여과없이 방으로 침투하여 단잠을 방해한다. 2일 예약했는데 하루 자고 바로 탈출했다.

사파광장에서 걸어서 5분정도, 오르막에 위치했지만 마운틴뷰 호텔은 다 이쪽에 위치합니다. 슬리핑버스타고 아침6시에 도착하였는데 체크인해주었어요. 시설이 좀 낡았지만 깨끗하게 관리해서 괜찮았어요. 에어컨없지만 밤에 선풍기도 추워서 끄고 잤어요. 그리고 숙소에 귀여운 아기 고양이가 있어요!!! 조식은 메뉴 택1입니다. 주변에 전망 좋은 카페가 많아요. 가격보다 훨씬 더 값어치를 하는 호텔입니다.

위치 : 사파타운에서 조금만 내려 오면 됩니다. 마운틴 뷰 더블룸에서의 창밖 뷰는 강추입니다. 주위에 발코니가 있어 뷰가 더 좋아보이는 호텔이 있지만 거기는 비쌉니다. 2층 식당에서는 뷰가 더 좋습니다. 식당에는 발코니가 있습니다. 10미터만 더 내려가면 사파에서 유명한 Coffee in the Cloud와 Fansipan Terrace Cafe가 경치 끝내줍니다. 숙소 위생 상태 : 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었습니다. 마운틴뷰 더블룸에는 에어컨은 없고 선풍기가 있습니다. 에어컨처럼 생긴 벽걸이 온풍기와 침대에 전기장판이 있습니다. 사파의 기후를 생각하면 이해가 됩니다. 방음은 포기해야 합니다. 직원태도 : 사장님부부께서 아주 친절하십니다. 직원들은 수동적이지만 친절하고 요청을 하면 열심히 대응합니다. 조식 : 조식당의 경치가 좋습니다. American Breakfast를 주문하니 한국 길거리토스트에 들어가는 야채믹스 계란부침이 커다랗게 나오고 베트남바게트, 쨈, 버터, 커피, 바나나가 나왔습니다. 베트남바게트와 커피는 대박입니다. 바게트를 따뜻하게 데워서 줍니다. 쌀국수는 비추입니다. 가격대비 만족도 : 가성비 갑 입니다. 강추합니다.
