Pet-friendly B&B, quiet neighborhood”

Pros: Rooms are large enough, they were clean and had a TV, internet, hot shower. Place itself is a restaurant within a quiet reidential area in Davao Cituy, less than 10mins away by taxi to SM City Ecoland and S&R. Neighborhood is good for walks. Close to restaurants. Best part is that it's pet friendy so we were able to bring our small furbaby. She had lots of space to run ourside. FYI your pooch must have it's cage. Customer service is also efficient and they were all pleasant and quick to address our needs. Breakfast was not included in the package but that's fine. They serve this in the resto and you can eat outdoors. Cons: Just minor things: - Aircon was really noisy at night. Had some trouble sleeping because I'm sensitive to noise. - Wifi was super slow and we had trouble connecting. - Water heater never really got hot. - No toilettry kit. - Did not provide bottled water in the room.

Safe, clean and homey”

Very lovely place. The place is safe, clean, new and homey. The service was excellent! It's just a stone's throw away from the church. will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Davao.

Far better than other hotels...good value for money!”

Nice place, very good location, really clean room, esp the toilet. The towels and linens smelled fresh & clean. There was no one at reception when i arrived, only the 'cleaning lady' (so i thought). The toilet did not flush, but the repair guy came right away to fix it. The bed and pillows were really soft and comfy, but the bed sheet is quite thin for an airconditioned room. Better to have a comforter.

Exceptional”

A peaceful place within city proper. The layout of the rooms and the garden allow for fresh air to circulate. The owner was easy to reach and accomodating with our request.

Beautiful place”

Love this place. We stayed in a 6person Room. I was surprise how modern the room is and how wide are the beds. So clean and quiet. Love love to go back to this place. Definitely will come back again! Expectation satisfied!

Homey feel”

The hotel had a garden and a mini bird sanctuary, so there were a lot of things for the children to explore and look at. The management and staff were accommodating and helped us book taxis to the airport. We did not try the hotel restaurant because there was a cute cafe that was nearby, and that was where we had all our meals. Perhaps the hotel can provide an electric kettle so we can

The hotel is very quaint and homey. The owners had a very hands on approach, and they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as could be. the staff were friendly. The food felt like real homecooked food. a real treat

kind Staff, Home away Home”

I stayed 1 night n 1 full day. Booked accidentally bcz fully occupied other hotels in the vicinity. But I was really happy to stay at here. I could rest and relax well bcz felt like home. I spent whole day at Garden until my Evening Flight . The foods were very Delicious and the staffs were Kind. Recommend this Lodge for whom Solo Traveller.

The place is nice, we love the room it looks so cozy and very clean. The staff are friendly and accomodates requests. There are restaurants less than a minute walk where food is great.

Excellent location”

While the staff are polite and the facilities are good, the owner is rude to its employees and it is not nice to witness especially when they are humiliated in front of guests upon check-in.

Nice location”

Clean place, good location, nice staff. Downside is, when we asked the linen to be changed, they refused because there arent any available (?). Mosquitos also are another disadvantage. But they provided us with a bug spray.

You get what you paid for”

Our stay was excellent since we booked it to rest. The place is not too far from the highway it's a walking distance, quiet and great for solo and family as well. We didn't try out their food since we went out for dinner. The location is also near a Food Market place, if you stayed on the weekends the place is fun and full.

TRICKED”

We were truly misguided by the photos which appeared on the internet. It was in an average surbaburban area next to a foul smelluing drain. When we arrived all offices were closed and we had to leave the bags and go to our meetings venue as it was well before check in time. There was a wash room for us to freshen up which had no water. We were at our meetings the whole day and we requested for a cancellation when we returned for our bags which was refused. I must say the staff probably junior were quite polite. There was no managerial person for us to speak with. None spoke English and we were so frustrated. Thumbs down.
