We enjoyed our stay at Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel in general and our tour of Davao City in particular. The location of the hotel is strategic and is very accessible to the visitors' needs such as transport and tourists' basic needs as foods and souvenirs. I will stay again in this hotel when I bring my other kids and family for a trip to Davao City.

although not so spacious rooms, i feel comfortable and had a good night sleep on 2 days of staying at the hotel. foods were great, breakfast serving maybe little but enough to satisfy your hunger. those ladies in the front desk were attentive and had a nice time talking to them. if i go back to davao city, i will definitely stay in casa leticia boutique hotel again

I stayed 15 nights at the Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and they readily prepared special requests. The proximity to People's Park was fabulous and allowed us to take daily walks in this well-kept and secured park. The only negative is the fact that the park is so popular that activities start there at 4:00 AM on Sundays (only! Literally thousands come to the park to work out on a daily basis. The hotel security was very comforting. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping was an added bonus.

Nice 3-Star Hotel in the Center of Davao”

i have stayed here a number of times now as well as at their sister hotel in ecoland (casa leticia business inn). both are very nice 3-star hotels and the best i have found for their price range in davao. if you want to stay close to the nightlife i would stay here. the net in good and the food is great. everything was nice and clean and everyone at the hotel was very professional. this is my 4th stay and will be staying here again i am sure.

this hotel (and it's sister hotel casa leticia business inn) are very comfortable and reasonably priced. this hotel is in davao center close to shopping and restaurants. the food here is good and the rooms are very nice. the staff is excellent and are always ready to help. this is the best value in davao.

Good stay for our Annual Honeymoon trip”

Our stay with Casa Leticia was good. My husband and I booked the Executive suite more than 3 months in advance to avail of their early bird discount. It has to be special because it was for our annual anniversary getaway. We brought our 2-year old daughter with us. Good things about Casa Leticia - just in front of People's Park, friendly staff, nice room. On the 2nd day, we weren't able to visit places because our daughter was sick, but good thing Casa Leticia was just in front of People's park, when she felt better, we just crossed the road and visited People's Park. Point for improvement though was on the airport shuttle service. The front desk attendant forgot to indicate that we requested for airport pick-up upon our arrival, thus, we waited and then we had to take a cab to go to the hotel. When we got into the hotel, everything else was okay. They allowed us to check-in early and leave our baggage at the concierge after check-out since we had a late flight. The staff members were good - very courteous and friendly. They always help us in every possible way - from getting taxi cabs to wrapping our durian :) Thanks for the nice stay, Casa Leticia. This is one hotel that I'd like to recommend to others. :)

very convenient location for davao city sightseeing. though, room is a bit small for a fanily of three, same with the beds. overall, had a pleasant stay at casa leticia boutique hotel.

The presidential suite is great value for what it's worth”

We stayed at three different hotels and Casa Leticia wins the best-value-for-money award considering the price and room size. We greatly appreciated the staff's efficiency. The flush and hot water were not working when we arrived but they fixed it within an hour of being notified about it. Only gripe is the breakfast was limited and repetitive, but that shouldn't be a problem if you're willing to walk around the block where you can find several meal options. Try the puto and other rice cakes sold by the vendor in front of People's Park entrance, which is right across the hotel. :)

I was comfortable and well looked after at the Casa Leticia hotel which is located just opposite " Peoples Park " in central Davao . The room which I occupied was well equiped and comfortable. The hotel is clean and in a nice location for shopping and sight seeing in Davao.

Clean and beautiful rooms, courteous staff”

Our first trip to Davao was made memorable with our stay with Casa Leticia. The location was very convenient close to parks, hospitals, malls etc. The food was awesome and savory. The staff was very accommodating and polite. Room was very clean (did not trigger my allergic rhinitis). LCD and DVD player was awesome. Free Wifi on all floors (usually it would just be on the lounge). All in all we had a great and memorable stay.

I travel alone, so cleanliness, location, and security are always very important to me. Casa Leticia met all my points. Everything about this hotel was great and just right for the price. Also, the Vietnamese & Japanese restaurant next door is decent and is also owned by the same person who owns the hotel.

A very nice boutique hotel”

This is the second time I have stayed at Casa Leticia and it was just as good as the first time. However, I stayed in an Executive double room which was just fine. Plenty of room for two people to move around without bumping in to one another. Air conditioning worked EXTREMELY well. Good cable TV package international and domestic channels available. Breakfast buffet starts at 5:30am - 10am daily and have five different choices to choose from including a small fresh pastry selection and fruit bar. Internet is available via WiFi but the signal is week inside the room. However, once outside the room the speed was quite fast. I was able to upload 40+ pictures to my Dropbox in just a few minutes. The only gripe I have is that the Presidential Suite was not available during the days I was visiting. Definitely give this nice boutique hotel a try.

Everything is OK, the presidential suite, the staff most especially the front desk officer named Tin-Tin who assisted us with all our needs and request. The only thing we don't like about our room , there was no bidet . If they could provide it with that, then their customers would be satisfied. We appreciated much, the generosity of the hotel management when they upgraded our room from executive double to presidential suite because it was available already when we requested for an early check-in. Thanks a lot Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel. We will surely go back to this hotel if we will have a chance to visit Davao again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Casa Leticia hotel . I extended my booking because I liked the hotel location and standard . The hotel is opposite from " Peoples Park " in a central location with many restaurants close by . Also there is a very convenient shopping mall within a short distance of the hotel .

My husband and I went to Davao to attend a wedding. My mother recommended this hotel for its location & food. Since the price was relatively low, I didn't expect anything great. I was surprised! It was not a flashy hotel, but it was homey & had all the basics like free wi-fi. The beds were very comfy, the room was very clean & the food was delicious. The location is safe & near the commercial district. The staff were friendly & accommodating. Overall, a very good stay. I would definitely come back. I recommend this place to anyone who will visit Davao City.

Business hotel in a nice location”

Casa Leticia is a nice little business hotel located at the center of Davao City. It provies easy access to restaurants, public transport (which includes jeepneys and taxi cabs)and business facilities. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The room is just the right size, for a business hotel.I enjoyed t buffet breakfat which included Filipino food.

Perfectly Pleasant!”

I have stayed here a number of times and always found the hotel consistently pleasant. The value for the money is always exceptional and the staff and the food are great. I have stayed in each of the types of rooms including the Presidential Suite which is remarkably affordable and the internet access is good in all types. I do occasionally stay in other hotels when in Davao for a change of pace but in this class the Casa (and also Casa Business) are definitely and clearly the best.

Accomodation during Davao Festivals”

Very good stay in the end. Had booked the last room available in Agoda around this season. I was very pleased that the front desk facilitated my request to upgrade during check in. One of the staff on duty named Andrew has kindly offered to show the rooms first for me to decide and I was very pleased with that as it added a pleasant experience during our overall stay. Local breakfast cuisine was served in the restaurant area. Great to catch up with family and friends who came to see us and good location although parking is not as convenient as we would like it to be. This is located in downtown area so easy access to local restaurants, transportation and other attractions in Davao City. The hotel has a homey feeling and credit to their staff who are willing to take an extra mile in making their guests visit a comfortable and pleasant.

Average hotel”

I arrived at Casa Leticia expecting a lot due to glowing reviews online. I was disappointed a bit when the receptionist unsmilingly attended to me. It was a little chilly in there at first! Quite different really from all the other hotels I have stayed at in Davao, since the staff there have all been friendly and gracious. Later on, I noticed that another room had been vacated so I asked to be moved. Good thing they allowed me. The other room was a bit dark and had a view of the exhaust. At this point, the receptionist was a bit warmer and helped me with the transfer. I hope they can improve their initial service...first impressions do count! Also, I think the hotel was built in the 90s so I wouldn't really consider it a boutique hotel. It's an average hotel with average service. You get the basics in the room - minibar, TV, beds. Room could use more lights. A/C took some time to cool the room. Got the hotel for cheaper since I used points. But the original Agoda price was comparable to other hotels like Microtel...I'll probably look around for other hotels when I come back.
