Located in Dist 4 Only issue is quite a distant a way to the city centre (15 minutes taxi ride) and only a few local eateries outlet nearby. Hotel does not have a restaurant and therefore no breakfast"

"The place is clean, spacious, much better vs normal hotel room. 7 eleven and few other stores, coffee shops right down stair. Very close to district 1 and Ben Thanh market (walk able) "

"Excellent value, spacious room and a good location. Plenty of local food options and coffee shops nearby. Grab taxi helps with quick and cheap motorbike rides. Cleaning staff can be very noisy in the morning, otherwise no complaints. I Will definitely stay again if I'm at district 4."
