We had a great stay in Paris and Romain was really very kind at all times.”

Le Marais is a perfect place to stay in Paris. Romain was waiting for us and was very kind. He answered all our questions during our stay and helped us. The apartment is very quiet and well located. Nice and clean. Very fluid communication with the property. They let us leave our luggage there until later than we should.
I just missed a small coffee maker. The one they have is a big drip coffee maker and for two people is too much. Also the bed linen for the sofa bed was not ready. We had to put the pillow cases and duvet cover on the pillows and duvet. They knew we were three and should have been properly placed. Apart from that, everything was ok.

La situation géographique est idéale sachant que notre lieu de travail éphémère se situe en face, l&#39;appartement est plutôt coquet, le personnel qui le gère est relativement réactif
Réfrigérateur non fonctionnel, su par le personnel de gestion mais non communiqué ce qui nous a contraints à jeter toutes nos courses et à subir une sympathique intoxication alimentaire... De même, le lave-vaisselle est en panne et l&#39;aspirateur non utilisable... Déjà constaté lors d&#39;un précèdent séjour, le voisin du dessus est un musicien donc il joue du matin au soir parfois jusqu&#39;à minuit...

La propreté était un peu juste. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, la fenêtre ne s&#39;ouvrait qu&#39;à moitié et l&#39;eau de la baignoire stagnait au fond.
