Excellent and Superb Customer Service and Hotel Experience”

This is our third stay at Asrodel. We keep on coming back here and still choosing it over others because simply to me, it stood out from the rest. It may not be rated as a 5 star hotel but the quality of services they offer and the facility including room itself are at par with the most luxurious hotels in Davao. I just have another feedback for Manong Guard. It’s the same feedback I had from my two most recent experience. So I hope he’ll be reminded to perform his duty. I don’t expect him to act as if we’re superior of him because we’re not. I just expect him to make us feel welcome and secured because I think as guests, we’re entitled to that. But I’m not saying that we’re entitled to be served like kings and queens. Just that kind of vibe - welcoming and always willing to offer his help, opening the door for us especially if we’re bringing a lot of stuff, (not necessarily bringing the stuff for us). Remember that he’s the first face we see before reception.

Great hotel. Worth the money”

We loved this hotel. Check-in was smooth. Staffs were very polite, especially Mr. King. We had a little bit of a problem though the first time we checked into our room. The room itself was great, big, had couch and small fridge. However, it wasn’t that clean (only the corner parts of the floor) and there was no bathroom mat in the bathroom when we got there. So we informed the front desk and sent in the housekeeping right away. Housekeeping were so Polite and Attentive to our needs. The hotel was located in the heart of Davao. The location was very convenient for us. Plus, it was very affordable for the kind of room we got. The room we had was Superior Double Room. Will definitely check-in to this hotel again for our next visit in Davao.

All worth it”

Everything was excellent, the room, cr, front desk, security and facilities. The location is near Roxas Night Market. It was very affordable as well. The hotel was opened early this year so its very new. Special thanks to King who were very accommodating in all my inquiries and to all the FO who assisted us. I’m with my parents and grandparents, they were happy during our stay. keep it up Asrodel Team!

Best location since it's just a block away from Roxas night market. The staff is very accommodating. And the internet is super fast! This will be my go-to hotel when I visit Davao City.

The cleanliness is superb! The room amenities are also very good (large TV, work desk, and comfortable bed with duvet). The staff are also very attentive and caring. This is my new go-to hotel in Davao!

Budget friendly hotel”

Budget friendly and in the heart of the City. Big nice room with fridge and walk-in closet. Perfect for a hotel staycation during holidays. No complimentary water though but its ok for the price.

Good place to stay, near downtown of Davao. Rooms are clean and prices are very good.

So-so”

Room is nice. I was expecting we'll get the room with the city's view but instead we got a view with the house beside the hotel lol. The bathroom's doorknob was broken :( we can't close the door to avoid being locked. There were a lot of mosquitoes during night. We didn't sleep well. Maybe it was because of the bathroom's window since we can't close the door. You can hear people talking or passing through the hallway.

Accommodating staff, great location in the center of the city. Near a lot of food stalls, shops, and just near Roxas. Very nice room, great value for money! Good thing they’re in Agoda now under Oyo :) Looking forward to staying here again soon. ❤️

The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is big and comfy. Location is great and accessible to public transportation. Will recommend to friends

New and clean facilities and rooms, centrally located, and excellent customer service! I love their staff, very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Wish they have their own restaurant but the good thing is there are dining places nearby.

we were supposed to stay just for a night but was extended for another 2 nights because it was so cheap at the time of my booking. the place was really nice, very clean, 3- or 4-star bed and friendly staff and the location was nearer to nice restos and midnight tiangge.

Would like to stay here again! My complaint just would be the air conditioner is directed to your head.
