Very modern, quiet & clean room.”

Room was excellent and I added 2 more nights. Wish the pool were skimmed every day, as it was swimmable, but the decaying organic matter from trees left a less than clean pool water surface. Also was disappointed in the fitness room. Out of two treadmills, one turned itself off within a minute or two of starting and the 2nd one gave me a worrying electrical shock anytime my hand went near the pulse rate sensor/handrail. Definitely not properly grounded and may actually hurt someone someday if it gets worse. I hope they take that seriously and repair or replace the unit. Hand weights and other fitness machines were usable and appreciated. Really like staying here other than the pool cleanliness and dangerous treadmill situation.

Really Liked the room #337 for it's aesthetic appeal, quiet & cleanliness. The refrigerator was much quieter than the room #222 I rented later, and the room/appliances felt more recently updated.

Clean and comfortable”

The refrigerator in this room (2nd Floor, middle rm. 222) made noise periodically- like ice cubes being tossed into a bucket. Some noise from other rooms' doors being slammed throughout night. I preferred the quieter 3rd floor nearer the end (rm 337, I think)

Double Charged! $$$!!! agoda sucks”

I booked and PAID for my room through agoda with my paypal account. I checked in and the guy at the front desk said your room is all paid for all he needed was a credit card for incidentals. When I got home my credit card had also been charged full amount for the stay. I called the hotel and they said they needed proof that I had paid in advance for the stay. I sent them the paypal receipt which is proof that I had already paid. Hotel said agoda failed to send them proof of payment. It would have been a nice stay however being charged twice is crap. My time is very valuable and I don't have the time to deal with incompetency. I will never use agoda again nor will I stay at Candlewood Suites.
