Thanks to the staff for my seven nights stay. It's Paris, so this hotel's service is outstanding at this value! Staff are courteous and helpful. The housekeeping staff did quite a good job. The room carpet was a little wearout, but still is acceptable. My room at the top floor, facing the car park, so noise is not the problem. Do ask for that if you are looking for quietness. Car Park is safe and clean. Bus station just in front and 10 mins ride and convenience to Porte' D'Orlean for various location.

Basic but satsfactory”
Stayed here for a long weekend (4 nights) conference in Paris. Bit further out than planned but availability and price made this one a winner ! Room is small and tired in places (shower area especially) but it was clean, everything worked (good shower) and staff were helpful. Didn't try the restaurant as we ate out. Bus stop a few steps away and very regular.

Cheap accomodation outside Zone 1 & 2”
The facilities, staff and room are great. There is complementary coffee & tea, hair dryer, bathroom essentials, airconditioner, etc. And it is cheap. But it takes around 10 mins. to walk to nearest RER and it is outside the Zone 1&2 (Ticket issue).

Overall is Good, but facilities is Bad”
Overall is good, cheaper price, and clean room. But they do not follow my request to have a higher floor room. Besides, the flushing system for toilet bowl is not function, the receptionist promised to call technician for services but NO. Only paper cup given.

More hostel than hotel ”
The rooms were very small and in dire need of renovation and complete cleaning. Small rooms and for the price not worth it at all. Common areas were nice and renovated, food was OK but staff were quite rude and not very accommodating. I will avoid this place in the future and rather stay at the Courtyard down the road.

Esta a 8min caminando de 2 paradas de tren, si buscas algo mas barato que no este en el centro (porque es mas caro) este es una buena opcion. Tardas 30min en llegar al centro aunque a mi se me hizo super cortos los viajes. La tarjeta del tren cuesta 22€ 10 viajes porque son 2 zonas.

La clim ne porte que le nom, chaleur étouffante, pas de café soluble en chambre ( rupture de stock) mais pas de solution. Ne pas regarder sous le lit...sinon on part en courant. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement.

Propreté désastreuse”
L'état de la première chambre que l'on m'a donné était déplorable. Je ne sais pas comment font les gens pour poser leur derrière sur une lunette (de wc) dans un état pareil. J'ai demandé à changé de chambre, la seconde était un peu mieux. Et pourtant lorsque vous réservez, il est indiqué "chambres dernière génération". La réceptionniste m'a dit qu'en effet, CERTAINES avaient été refaites. Peu, je pense.

Hôtel calme, très bonne literie, chambre propre mais la moquette usagée mériterait d'être changée. Le parking gratuit est appréciable et le plateau d'accueil est très agréable.

Manque d'indication pour trouver l’hôtel. Accès complexe du fait de la configuration routière. Indication d'adresse / GPS ne sont pas les mêmes. signaler que le parking est en hauteur. chambre : moquette rapiécée manque de chic pour un hôtel 3***, juste 2 serviettes, hôtel relativement silencieux malgré localisation proche route très passante. personnels agréables.
