Everything ok, value money for budget hotel like this. The receptionist so friendly, exchange room process is very simple. Room clean, comfortable, litter noisy at night but is ok, nothing just fine and i like stay at there :)

Good in Budget Hotel”

Not bad at all. Just need to tidy up and alert on cleanliness. Not much convenience in the room. For temporary stay and convenience with reasonable price plus a bit facilities in the room then will upgrade the standard of budget hotel. So so okay okay for this budget hotel.

Expensive and disappinting”

The white headboard covered in mold and brown with stains. We slept with our heads at the foot of the bed to stay away from the gross headboard. The room was dirty, the comforter stained. The worst part is that it was $50/night CAD which made it the most expensive hotel we had to stay in se Asia and also the grossest! Having said that, for some reason all accommodations in this town are over priced in comparison to the rest of the country.

Very bad customer service and expensive during holiday season ”

We have booked room on 1st October for RM 160 which was very expensive due to holiday on 3rd October. Lady at counter gave us another lodge key Jaszmin lodge (next door)stating that rooms are not available in her lodge . she said Jaszmine lodge is own by her only. Jaszmine lodge was not that great ! when we pay for Camlodge why she gave room in Jaszmin

Overall good, worth it for the price”

Pro - there are coway water filter provided. Traveler need lot of water.. Worth it for the money Receptionist offer for the larger room plus addiitonal bed with minimal topup of rm10. Cons - level 3 have mini garden which look messy

totally a scam”

its a scam. i booked two weeks before i get there but when i reached there, they said their computer was broken so they couldnt find out who booked the hotel. then i showed them my booking on agoda but they said they didnt accept that. i booked Rm 100 for 1 night but since they said i didnt book the hotel they wanted RM 150 for a night. they purposely did this cause they wanted to raise the price. i left the hotel because i was so mad. totally a scam. its just a budget hotel but they wanted a high price for a room. then i went to hillview inn hotel which is RM 180 a night because i went during public holiday. the place is so nice and the room is so spacious and comfortable. the staff was very friendly. i was very satisfied with their place and service

its consider expensive and noisy, cant really have a good night sleep because the room are facing main streets and internally as well.

The room just wasn't clean. There was food or something splattered on the wall behind the bed. I wasn't even sure if the sheets had been cleaned plus there was hair on the floor. The shower water wasn't hot enough. The location was good.

Worst hospitality”

an Indian guy try to cheat on us and blame Agoda because he said there are no such room that i book. he also want us to add another RM180 for extra bed. He dont give us the receipt that we paid because we threaten him to lodge a police report. and then while we arguing he asked his worker to clean 1 apartment and change the receipt to show that we just accused him for fraud. when we arrive he said we just booked 1 room only.

Hotel consition so bad. Towel that gave to us look like for cleaning floor not for body use. Water heater and shower are not working well. Rooms also smell bad. Price are too high for the what we get. Not recommended unless no choice.

We haven’t check in to the hotel because the hotel front office man told us that we haven’t made a booking through this website and chased me and my friend. My money had been deducted from my account and no refund is made. A serious action should be taken.
