Pros- The location is very good in center of Brinchang and walking distance to the mosque . Big rooms and comfortable bed. There is also elevator nearby parking so suitable to bring my mother who is using wheel chair. The floor inside the apartment is clean. Nice view from the balcony. Cons- The road to our parking place is very steep so I am scared to drive (have to rely on my husband) to go anywhere nearby. The sink was not washed properly, there were noodles so I had to clean it first and the balcony was not properly cleaned (small rubbish thrown outside). I would love to lepak at the balcony because of the nice view but since it was not properly cleaned I just stood few seconds.

Customer need to check in at lobby level P5. It's an apartment that have a lift. The house size is spacious. Recommended for big family at cheapest price.

Spacious and strategic location”
Spacious rooms with hall sofa and kitchen. Shower heater, water heater, fridge & cutlery provided. Staff is kind enough with my request for house with great view of Brinchang city from the balcony. Within walking distance to nearby stores & restaurants. Except only 1 parking spot, no towels at least provided, floors a bit wet when checked-in and no fan installed.

Nice living room, huge kitchen hall to cook, nice view at level 12. Just 1 or 2 things about the cleaness of the floor and the balcony side could be improved. Also has parkings for each customers car. No need to pay for parking. Good.

It's truly value for money. But a difficult a bit, you have to pay deposit 50%.so your booking not firm until you pay deposit. price wise it's extremely good. Bed sheets smelled a bit, maybe because of mco period hope they can improve on this. Car park only 1 spot shoukd mentioned earlier.for me no issue but other should have if not mentioned earlier. I think i will come again as the price and location is very good

location is great. rooms are big, comfy and clean. water heater in the bathroom inside the master not really hot / warm, but not too cold either. ironing facility is outside (near the registration counter), and not very convenient.

But can you upgrade a facilities more friendly for wheelchair user.it quiet frustrated about that because i were bring my grandma with wheelchair and it being difficult to bring her into apparment.but whole stayed in this appartment is good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
