We made a last minute booking and were pleasantly surprised by the great staff who were so helpful when we had some unforeseen circumstances. Rooms were comfy and clean. Shout out to Haris, the concierge who went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.

Tallest building in medan ”
Everything was fine and just next to one mall with simple shop and eaters.. So far it is good to stay with good ambience.. Not for luxury but maybe just for comfortable stay. Breakfast variety not that much and didn't feel excited for it.

Friendly staff, room is clean and tidy, got nice pool but never used. Very convenient as the hotel is linked with a 4 level shopping mall with lots to shop and kids play zone on top and bottom level.

This hotel is always great for me and my family. They are very attentive and always are super helpful. Even the welcome drink is tasty. Since the location is really well suited for anyone, regardless if you are from Medan or outside of the city it is perfect as it is located near almost everything.

Pleasant two night stay.”
Reception staff were very friendly and polite. You get a refreshing welcome drink upon check-in. The hotel buffet breakfast had a good spread. Hotel is linked to Cambridge Mall which was great - easy access to supermarket if you need one and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean too. It was a pleasant two night stay.

Loved staying there for 3 nights”
Everything was perfect. I loved the breakfast buffet and live music at floor 26 at night. Just a small issue that should be taken care of in a 5 star hotel, room carpet was very old and should be changed.
