Everything we needed for our trip to Komodo...excellent staff”
We stayed 2 nights in Cahaya Adrian. We chose this hotel as a base for our one day Komodo trip. For a basic hotel, we had everything we needed for our short stay in Labuan Bajo. The rooms were clean and we didn't get bitten once by a mosquito, all we could ask for. We booked our day trip to Komodo through the hotel but we're told that evening that there was a problem with overbooking for the specific tour we wanted and we may have to change our plans. We were upset as we had travelled so far just for this adventure. However, the hotel staff and management were extremely empathetic to our situation and went out of their way to ensure we got the trip we had originally planned. We can't thank the staff of this hotel enough for their kindness and assistance throughout our stay. Labuan Bojo and the Komodo trip has been a highlight of our holiday. Hotel is slightly out of town (don't let that turn you off) as they provided us with transport whenever we wanted. 5 star customer service.

Exceptional”
Nice, clean and quiet rooms around 10 minutes by scooter from the harbour of Labuan Bajo. The hotel helped us to rent a scooter and we booked the Komodo Trekking with them. Everything went smoothly and the people from the hotel were always really nice and friendly. The room was cleaned perfectly every day. The bathroom was functional - nothing fancy but clean as well. The sink was a bit stinky (but we came across this often also in other places). The AC didn't work properly (I guess) so it took a while to cool the room. Breakfast was simple but good (omlette and toast) but we would have liked more options since we stayed for 5 nights. We really appreciated that they prepared breakfast for us at 5am before going on the Komodo Trekking. All in all it was a nice and pleasant stay.

Wonderful and helpful staff, new rooms”
The hotel was basically brand new when we got there (March 2017) and if you coordinate pick-up with the wonderful (English and also Italian speaking) staff, it's easy to reach, otherwise a bit out of town but 5 mins drive from airport. Veronica and her staff are amazingly friendly and do everything to help. Internet was slow but they said it's under improvement. We were in another good ranked hotel in Labuan Bajo before and at the same price there is no comparison: the rooms at Canaya Adrian Hotel are new, clean, spacious, with TV and AC. I believe the Hotel has great potential to develop fine and yo should give it a chance. We didn't regret and would stay again if back to Komodo!

Good value, friendly staff”
Stayed here for a full week and would recommend it to other budget travellers provided they have a motorbike or car to get around in as it is about a 10 min ride to the centre of Labuan Bajo. The hotel does have a couple of motorbikes to rent at a very reasonable price along with helmets. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the free airport pick up and drop off was a nice bonus. Breakfast is basic but will be served at your room if you ask. Coffee is free all day. Helped us book our boat tour to Komodo and provided us with breakfast and transportation to the boat early in the morning. Rooms were clean, a/c was decent even in the midday heat. Shower did not have hot water and toilet leaked a bit.

Really good guesthouse ”
We had a really good stay here, the staff was extremely friendly. We stayed 4 nights. The room was big and clean, with AC, only cold water in the shower but we did not mind. The brekfast was nice: french toast and fruit, or omelette and bread with tea or coffee. They even do a take away breakfast if we go out before 6:30am. You also get a little bottle of water with your booking. They offered a free shuttle from the airport, and a free drop off 7pm to town, pick up 9pm in the evening. The location is good as quiet, a bit far from town, 3.5 to 4km but was not a problem for us as we like to walk. Little tip: if you need transport to town , a taxi is 50k, we didn't know but you could get a scooter ride or a bemo transport from the main road a lot cheaper. Also beware of booking a minibus to Bejawa, we had to book it ourselves and had to pay 200k each when in fact it should have been 150k. Also the price of the room on agoda went up every day?! Book it all at once if you can.

Best place to stay if you are on budget.”
this hotel is a 1 star hotel, pretty impressive for the service and running by family, i assume. they are fully service oriented and super polite. Location is not in the city center / nor harbour, but they provide you driver for picking up and drop off. (in my case, after done with my 3days cruising trip, i called them to pick me up at meeting point that i wanted, then they came in 20mins) Noted : start at 21pm, you need to pay extra for driver service. Room Facilities, Air con is working as normal AC, not noisy or water dripping. just perfect! Bathroom, water is not so weak also not strong push, toilette also works. what need to be improved is the light bulb need stronger Watt, brighter. Internet wifi is strong except in my room (right at the corner, so everytime i need internet, either i hangout in front office or sitting on next room's chair. the lady at the front desk, correct me if i am wrong, her name is Veronica, she is really helpful and nice person.

Spoiled by Komodo Boutique Hotel where we stayed for 3 nights. Wanted to try something different for comparison. Should have stayed where we were. Toilet seat and shower head broken, poor water pressure, a/c couldn't quite do the job, shuttle only available once in the evening.

Out of the way but extras worth it”
Not in town but a free shuttle bus runs in evening to and from town foe dinner. They can assist with tours and provide a mediocre breakfast. Staff nice. Room comfortable, clean and water provided as well as free tea/coffee at reception. Wifi poor in bedroom.

Nice, quiet location but some distance from town. Much nicer than the photos suggest. Good choice if you have your own transport or use their free shuttle to town in the evening. Staff were fantastic.

Had a very nice stay here. Wanted somewhere clean and nice to stay without spending too much and this ticked those boxes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Room was clean. No hot water but didn't bother us. Good air con, proper blanket on bed. Shuttle bus into town each night and pick up so you can have dinner was good. Bit more expensive than the rest of Indonesia for what you get but Flores is a bit like that.

We stayed here for 2 nights 3 days we had an accident on the first day and the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough to help us. Even fed us! I’d say this is more of a homestay and is a bit of trek to the town / beach. It’s quiet the rooms are good, air con and hot water. The location is nice and quiet if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the town. Would come back again :-)

Loved the quiet location, sit out area, comfy bed and coffee / tea at reception. Room lacked hot water and even cold water was only a trickle at times. No wardrobe nor garbage bin in room and even though the room was cleaned staff seemed distracted and forgot things. Breakfast was basic.

Badly organised, but well meaning”
After a 3 day boat trip and a taxi out the hotel which is far way from the town we arrived to check in desperate for a shower only to be told, despite our booking on Agoda, that they were fully booked and we had no room, so we didn’t actually stay here at all. Eventually they told us they would transfer us to their sister hotel CF Komodo. The staff at both sites were very sweet and well meaning but needs much better organisation as it’s simple not good enough. The room at CF Komodo was nice but the bathroom at the back of the room was unfinished with only half a roof and a very dangerous looking gas powered shower- room good, bathroom needs complete renovation! Breakfast was simple but ok. They did give us a lift to town and the airport FOC which was good.

Ropa de cama limpia, baño aceptable al estilo asiático y buen aire acondicionado. Un poco lejos del centro si no rentas moto, que por lo demás ellos mismos te ayudan a alquilar. En definitiva un buen lugar lejos de las mesquita que en el centro comienzan a sonar a las 4:30am
