I booked Superior King room for my honeymoon trip. Staff are friendly and well prepared, they picked up us at the custom office once we finish clearance. They even remind us the time to send us to custom office one day before we check out. They decorated our room with flowers and love. Room is spacious and clean. This resort located on the Sunrise beach, so just a few steps you can reach the beach. There is no restaurant in this resort, therefore breakfast was served in front of your room. Although the choice of breakfast is not many, it is delicious and satisfy, just beware of the birds that will eat your breakfast too.

we stayed only for two nights, but would have liked to stay a little longer. You can hear the sea from your bedroom, the rooms are spacious and clean. We suggest you ask for a room on the first floor on the left side, then you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast. The only negative thing were the boats infront of the beach, there is not just 1-2 there are about 8 and they come and go. But since its an island, they need to deliver the goods, so... Great quiet stay, sunrise beach is much more private than patthaya. And your only 5 minutes away from walking street. :)

pros: clean, beautiful, great breakfast, great service, amazing views, quiet beach (for Lipe), short walk to Walking street, affordable, they picked us up for the pier and dropped us off when we left, massages in the room Cons: ran out of toilet paper...that’s all I can come up with. It was a wonderful 3 days we spent here and we would book here again if we ever had the chance to make it back to Lipe

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms with nice shower heads. Staff is really nice. They have a menu for room service and a good breakfast with many choices served right to your room every morning. Also a tuk-tuk that picks you up from the boat without even asking. We will absolutely stay here again!

This is the best get away spot in town!”
Pro: quiet place very close to locals. If you want authenticity this is where you wanna be. Not very far from Walking Street. (5 minutes walk). In the evening you can take a walk and see glowing plankton on the beach which is a plus. Breakfast is served at your room. Very happy with our booking, whether it's location, service and food. Cons. It's depends on what you are looking to spend on your vacation. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for really. I'd suggest to book the place at least 6 months in advance to get a good deal.

A pleasant & convenient place to stay”
Hotel was walking distance to the Lipe Walking Street where all the eateries & shops are available. The staffs are helpful & friendly too. Our rooms had a great sea view from our balcony even though it was indicated partial seaview. You can wake up to see the sunrise on a clear sky day. If you dont mind not having a swimming pool, Cabana Lipe will be just fine for everything.. My family & I really enjoyed the stay at Lipe Cabana..

Exceptional”
The staff were very kind to offer free transfer to and fro the immigration office. The resort is a few steps away from the sunrise beach and is within walking distance to walking street. Love the variety for breakfast and they serve it at the balcony. Really comfortable stay except for the mosquitoes.

Great location, we were 3 friends ( all with our own room) and we all enjoyed our stay, very clean , staff helpful and friendly. No restaurant but they provided cooked or continental to each room on the balcony , and it was lovely 😊 will definitely go back

Location is perfect, with just steps to the most beautiful sunrises each morning. Breakfast is brought to your balcony at your requested time and is a great start to the day. We had an amazing stay in Cabana Lipe Beach Resort”
We stayed two nights in Cabana Lipe Beach Resort and it was perfect! We had a room with amazing seaview. Room was really clean, bathroom was big enough and sofabed (we were group of three adults) was very comfy. There isn´t breakfastroom in the hotel, but it was so nice to have a great breakfast served on our private balcony. The staff was really friendly. We will come back and we recommend the hotel!
