Vulnerable hotel. Nice swimming pool. Clean and big room size. Ok buffet bfast. However we are half board rate, only few selections set menu for dinner. Better not choice half board rate. . Overall nice hotel near beach. Very recommend great rate.

Hospitality at its best definition ”
After two hours of nonstop hotel consideration, I finally stopped and booked with Muong Thanh luxury hotel. The price was 1.66 million VND (~70 USD) for one night stay. I never thought that with the price for one night I could benefit that much. My travel companion and I were allowed to check in five hours early (which was a huge benefit for a five-star hotel), and after we checked out we couldn't thank them enough. The room was tidy and comfortable, which was equipped with very updated facilities. The wifi worked well. On the second day of my stay in Phu Quoc (after we checked out the hotel), the staff there provided as much assistance as they can to us, including that they let us borrow two towels for our ocean trip and FREE shuttle bus to Duong Dong town. All complimentary services I have mentioned were delivered with smiles and A LOT OF THANK-YOU. Hospitality at its best definition.

This is no way 5 star hotel more like 3 and a half ”
This hotel could be first class if run write the service is terrible !! The breakfast I have had better in 3 star hotel !! The bar shut at 10 pm no one speaks English the beach the hotel tells you to use is scruffy lot building work round about which was not a problem!!! Rooms are nice and clean !! WiFi not that good !!! Location 10 minutes in taxi to pubs and restaurants!!! If sorted service and food out and for us some to speak English could be a nice hotel !!! Needs a manager who no’s how to look after guests

We checked in 2pm and check out 12pm per hotel policy regardless early arrival. The check in staff is friendly orentated. The passport kept by them per requested. We are allotted high floor with pool and sea view. The room is spacious with balcony. The toilet has a big glass panel which view out to bed area. There do not have bath tub instead. They provide free buggy transfer to neighbouring building for meal and drink and mini mart. They do provide free shuttle bus service to night market and cable car station and beach. The surrounding of this hotel are under partially under construction. They have gym and swimming pool. The sauna facility need to be charged. The breakfast spread are resonably yummy.. Hope to see this whole building area is completed soon. This is a recommended hotel to stay with friendly staff service.

Pro, large room (Suite) Cons, nothing around/far frm centre. They charged me for missing missing spoon which the room service might have taken away. I ordered 2x room service, not fair to harge me $3 for that.

The area is still under development. A lot of construction projects are going on. Given one or two years’ time, the area will be a prosperous area. Not to worry about the hotel location. The hotel provides free shuttle bus service to the night market in the town area where you can easily find food. Overall it is a good stay.

New area. Bad locations. Hotel not centralised air-conditioning. Hot everywhere”
Bad design of hotel. No air-conditioning or airflow in hallways. So hot & stuffy. New locations very difficult to get food. Almost non existent beach activities.
