*Awsume Value for $ *Great Staff *Primo Location *Quick Friendly check in Have stayed with this great place n its staff for 15+ yrs and LOVE IT! Nightly + short term stays here are always a pleasure and location is perfect it's close to everything that's anything in Perth!! Only problem Ive had here is when I've not booked in advance and wanted to extend my stay and not been able, so advice is to book ahead this place books out quick! Thankyou Mont Claire + staff for your hospitality it really is my second home!

We rented one of their spacious apartments and were surprised how large it was. Living room, dinner table, kitchen, comfy bed and large bathroom. The room was great and the location is very convenient with just a 10-15 min walk to the city center. You can also just hop in the red CAT bus and it takes you to the center in 5 min max. The CAT buses are for free. The only negative point we would like to mention is the missing shower curtain. The bathroom always got wet when taking a shower no matter how careful you are.

It seems someone must've been listening. (or reading). Stayed for 3 nights again and this time stuck on the roof (6th floor) and thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time. The room was great as was the peace and quiet. A special thank you to the cleaning staff this time who didn't bash everything together and yell across the floor this time. Outstanding. Just a side note guys and gals, if you don't like stairs (21 of them) don't ask for the 6th floor as the lift doesn't go there. Not good for oldies, the frail or anyone who complains. The vending machine is very well priced and if you have a vehicle its an extra $10 per night. Just avoid room 9 on the first floor on a weekend. Bad couch and noisy from the street. Enjoy your stay its worth it.

We stay here regularly, great value for money. Comfortable and clean apartments with a balcony. Convenience shop straight across the road and a restaurant across the road open for breakfast on weekdays. Staff are always friendly. We love staying here.

Lovely little apartment with washing machine and dryer. Requests came through for extra linen and towels. A little art on the walls could go along way to make look less cheap because it was amazing quality rooms jus extra touch will make it shine. Parking, letting people in you have to go down and swipe them in even when your blind drunk haha impossible hahaha and you have to give them a parking permit. Communication with staff great, I left my power bank up in the room but they have it for me because I booked again the next weekend. Hight recommend. Darlean

The apartments are very roomy and clean. Staying with family very convenient with full kitchen and cooking utensils inc dishwasher. Washing machine and laundry powder. Staff are great and regularly upgrade room without extra charge.

Great location being central to the area we frequented for our needs. liked the proximity of low cost eateries and closeness to the great Perth free transport system. Walking distance to many of the Perth must see attractions. Would definitely stay again when next i Perth.

Good location, some of the neighbouring rooms had smokers which could be smelt through the corridors at times. Washer, dryer is a bit tricky but as for value for money apartment was everything we needed and we returned after a trip down south. No real complaints. Good after hours check in service

The Apartments are in a Great location.Free bus into the City just a short walk away and very close to the WACA.Room had everything in it so you can cook all your meals if that way inclided.Staff very good and helpful.Will be staying there again.

Hotel receptionists are very helpful with nice manner. Hotel room is spacious but furnitures are a bit old. Hotel parking spaces are limited but parking security is good. Overall, it is a good hotel. I will stay again and i will recommend this hotel to my friends and family .

We visited for a city experience and to watch the soccer at Optus, location was great for take away and eat in restaurants and walk to city or Optus stadium. We couldn't believe the price, such a great price for a family, with options to eat out or cook in! Highly recommend :)

Place is sparkling clean. Parking costs $10 for 24hrs. Water tastes quite chlorinated, not sure if it's a common thing in Perth though.

Great place to stay, we had a very nice gentleman check us in. Stayed here for the footy, it is just a short walk to Optus stadium. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Not far to a small supermarket who has all your needs.

I stay here at least 4-5 times a month sometimes more absoloutely love the apartments great location & definetly good value for what you pay. I would recommend Monte Clare to everyone. The only down side is there is no offer for a late check out.

We had a great 3 night stay. Apartments were clean although a little dated. They were very spacious and had all the facilities we needed (iron; microwave; freezer, cooking pots etc); The Receptionist was very helpful on 2 occasions / requests. Location was great and near some great cafes. Would definitely stay again if prices remain the same.
