Está eN pleno centro, con parada de tranvía con las principales conexiones a todos los barrios, el shuttle de skybus al y desde el aeropuerto funciona bien. La relación calidad-precio, teniendo en cuenta que es Australia, está bien. El desayuno no vale gran cosa, pero, ya se sabe, comer en Australia... Como no te gastes un pastón en restaurantes de firma, todo es comida basura y franquicias. El personal es muy amable y servicial, te gestionan una reserva en un espectáculo, el alquiler de un coche, etc. La habitación más bien pequeña, sin vistas y con una tele pequeña y pobre iluminación. Eso sí, cómoda y limpia. Para internet en la habitación hay que pagar y no es barato. Mejor te vas a un Starbucks u otro establecimiento con wi-fi gratis. En general la hostelería en Australia es carísima para lo que ofrece. Pagas precios de 3-4 estrellas por lo que en España no pasaría de hostal.

FABULOUS LOCATION - CLOSE TO EVERYTHING”
I booked this hotel mainly for location, but it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and our room faced Little Bourke Street. It is right next door to David Jones, Myer and the Emporium. The staff were very helpful and it was a quick check-in and check-out process. Although we never ate at the hotel, there were plenty of places very close by to choose from and Chinatown is just up the road. Thanks Mercure, we will stay again!

Rooms are lovely and clean, staff are very friendly and attentive but the major drawcard is it's location. A minute's walk from Chinatown and within walking distance of Flinders Street Station and lots of shops. A Skybus link location is just around the corner so getting to and from the airport was no hassle. I would definitely stay there again.

Right in the center of CBD. Location is unbeatable, however, in return, noise pollution is annoying eg. police siren , drunk people on street. They also gave me the room in front of the elevator so double noise from front door and windows. Would not say I recommend this property but the location is just the best. If you are looking for a room for night out or shopping, this is the one.

Even though it is 3.5 star hotel, I'm surprise that their room, facilities, staff and services are beyond standard. Room is clean and facilities in room are looking new. Comfortable bed and they provide two packets of biscuits for free at the coffee table in room and it taste good. The next day cleaning lady replenish with 4 packets of biscuits. Besides, hotel located at a strategic location, convenient to go everywhere, many asian and western food around. It definitely worth for the price and will recommend to friends.

Great location, room smaller than I expected and decor a bit tired but bathroom immaculate. Mattress was amazingly comfortable. Room layout has bathroom furtherest from the door which meant bed was less than 1 meter from door to hallway...meant all noises in hallway were amplified and very audible. Likewise from hallway all sounds were audible from rooms. Awkward at times... location was amazing which is what I picked the room for ✅
