The staff’s genuine positive demeanour and willingness to help stuck with me. Special mention to Janella (not sure if I remember correctly), the Filipina receptionist for her warmth and patience with my room requests. The breakfast buffet was basic but more than what I expected! The croissants were my favourite. Despite the thin walls and simple interior, my stay was beyond comfortable and memorable. Will definitely stay again!

Location just a block away from queen Victoria market ..staff very friendly n helpful ...breakfast spread is adequate with fried rice n porridge for Chinese traveller ..overall ..one of our better stay in anywhere in the world based on this price range ...superb n thumb UI p!

These guys really know how to make their clients welcome. They are so courteous, helpful and nothing was a drama for them. I'm old school and Customer service is extremely important to me and I've never had better. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Near to Queen Victoria Market”
Second times to stay in Ibis hotel and apartment. Nice place to stay as it’s near to Trum station and tourist spots. But the only thing that i wanna highlight is the car park entrance and the exit are too narrow, i must be very careful when i exit from car park.

Close to Victoria Markets shops and cbd. Parking on the same block was cheap, $9 a night with hotel discount applied which is great! Room great staff great very helpful.

Due to Covid, no housekeeping in room. Just need to leave soiled linen outside door. Collect new linen from reception. All good.

Convenient”
Hotel was 5 min walk away from the Victoria Market & 15 mins walk from the Melbourne Central Station. It is located right at the edge of the free tram zone and there are 2 tram stops near the hotel. A 10 min walk would bring you to a street of food lined up on both sides of the road but mostly consists of asian food. Room was not as bright as the picture and the carpet was slightly dirty, not sure if they vacuumed it daily during house keeping or not. Room was also overlooking an office so do take note of your own privacy. Stayed for 3 nights and I love that it's situated within walking distances of attractions within the CBD area & do take the tram even if it's only for 1 stop just for the experience :)
