The hospitality and super friendly and helpful staff make my stay very memorable. Check in very smooth, loved the informative staff. The staff here ready to help you with any kind of question or request, really makes you feel like a VIP. Especially the staff at Purnawarman Restaurant who manage the birthday surprise for my husband, I'm so thankful for this surprise arrangement, it's beyond my expectation. The rooms were so clean and well maintained, the toilet was very clean, the linens were very good. No complains..worth every penny. Even my kids feel sad have to leave the hotel.

what amaze me is the room is so spacious, we got 2 queen bed and its very comfort to sleep in a large bed since we bring kids with us. Their breakfast is free for kids under 18yo, while another hotel charge minimal 50% or even charge full for my oldest 14 yo child. Good quality of amenities, they use crabtree and evelyn and i love the smell of the soap. I used to bring my own cos i'm not sure to use hotel's amenities but for this time i'm using their soap. The swimming pool's gazebo is unique. Recommended hotel

It's at the city centre so do expect traffic delay to reach the hotel. However, apart from that, since it's so central, very easy to go anywhere. Out of all the hotels I've stayed, Hilton Bandung had the best breakfast. I would come back just for the breakfast. A staff even offered to make a special coffee topped with vanilla ice cream for me and we constantly see the waiters and waitresses checking on solo visitors and talking with them. Love the warmth! The room we stayed was spacious. Each of us had a Queen bed to ourselves. There was already iron and ironing board in the room and the bathroom area itself was huge. Will definitely want to come back!

It’s been a while since I visited Hilton Bandung last. I was impressed with the quality and taste of the food and they did not disappoint during our 4D-3N stay. The 2 Queen Deluxe room for me, my husband and 2 teenage children is the perfect choice if you are staying with teen kids. Room service was excellent and health protocol was seen to at all times. Swimming pool and table tennis were good entertainment facilities if you are bored staying in the room. We will definitely come back and stay and recommend this hotel to everyone. Best choice for family with 3 adults. ”
I stayed for 2 nights with my parents during the pandemic in 2queen beds executive room. All in all the services was great, i like the hotel and most of it. However, little things i want the management to pay attention to; you put auto sensor for parking ticket but why the staff takes the ticket then gives it to us if the point of the sensor is for touchless contact. staffs should wear proper mask and wear it properly too. staffs in restaurant specially who are serving foods better wear faceshield. Other thing to consider, Automatic sensor for lifts buttons.

This is my 2nd stay at Hilton,Bandung. Everything was perfect. A very quick check in & out, a big deluxe room,huge bathroom with shower, plenty of choices and delicious breakfast menu, 24h gym. The most negative for me is the room' s wall is not sound proof. Thx Hilton for made me comfort

Read this: We book another hotel before Hilton; after explored Bandung city for three days, we consider to take rest at Hilton for the weekend. First Day • We got toilet flush issue • We requested for room changing and they did. Second day • We want to take bed rest at room, we wanted to feel comfortable BUT, • not getting this comfortness because the hotel has the most noisy pool wedding party with live music band. • That's not a good idea for five stars hotel to DISTURB ALL THE ROOMS WITH THE POOL VIEW. • Surely we would not come here and book this Hilton hotel ever again. • We mean, what for? • The price are out of the charts and feel like in a losment basement with live band music that is very irritating with people shouting outside. Seems like it never ends. We wonder, it's been 20:21 PM. OH MY GOD. We did take picture and video of it for prove. Please reconsider this for guests comfort.

Pros + Room spacious with 2 queen beds + Air Con is super cold, love it. + Spacious Bathtub + Staff Friendly Cons: - Pool is too cold, some hotel peers in Bandung already provide a warm pool - Breakfast variety needs to improve. - Kids corner is near the smoking area, its not convenient for kids to play along. - Kids Club still closing while other hotels have already opened it. - please upgrade the TV to be smart tv (or maybe added Set-top Box) would be great. Overall we were happy to stay here...

Hilton location was superb. Room is big and very clean. Staffs very polite and helpful. Breakfast serves full option, breads, salads, fruits, sausage, egg station, coffee station, jamu, fried rice with choices of chicken, veggie, porridge. Pools big enough. Best hotel for vacations.

Always my no.1 choice when visit Bandung. They have big room it will be so spacious. Very clean hotel. Helpful staffs, delicious foods, beautiful swimming pool, and comfy bed to take you deep sleep. Bathroom shower also very cozy. Recommended as always. Thank you.

My second time staying here. This round with my family. Staff were always gracious and concierge so helpful with helping to recommend where to go. Especially options since Tangkuban Perahu is closed and the weekend was Indonesia's National Day. Wished the buffet breakfast has a lot more varieties change since we were there for 5 days. By the third day, it seems repetitious. Recommend to go for local delights. One of the nights at Fresco Restaurant wasn't up to expectation with the meat served. However, the manager listened and hopefully will act to improve.

She was very friendly and took initiative to ask if I need help with lighting the candles or prepare box to takeaway the cake cos she knows I am checking out the next day. This is my second time stay at Hilton and definitely one of the best hotel in Bandung with perfect location. Even during this pandemic, they ensure that they gave their best they could. Amazing stay! ”
Had a short getaway with my husband at Bandung for 4 days and 3 nights and we decided to choose Hilton Bandung for our stay. The hospitality was amazing. Only a 10-15mins drive from the airport, location is pretty convenient as there is also a mall nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the Jiwa Spa is amazing too! Will definitely come back.
