Cozy room. ”
I am a nsw resident. But was stuck on rhe qld side of the border because of work. Rooms were very tidy. Shower and toilet were good. It's not a 5 star flashy hotel but if your after a place that's close to great beaches and restaurants. It has everything you need to stay comfortable. For the price I paid I would definitely stay again. I didn't use the pools or really check out all the facilities as I only used it to shower and sleep.

Great affordable hotel ”
This was a great older style hotel that is adorable. It reminds me of Hawaii. With its older style it isnt for everyone but if you don’t mind the basics and a clean room then it’s perfect. The location was great. Easy to walk to the shops. The kids enjoyed the pool and water slide. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying here for years and I won’t stay anywhere else!!! Value for money and the best location in what I call paradise this is the place to be!! Families or solo it has it all. But if your a family or group the family rooms are great value for money and the slide in the pool makes for a good time, and to walk across the road to the best beaches around. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!!!!

Super cheap accommodation across from the Gold Coast best beaches. If your looking for a clean room, friendly service and don’t mind that the facilities are a little bit dated then this is the best place to stay in Coolangatta. Amazing restaurants such as George’s Paragon and other great choices all within walking distance.

Tranquil, clean , tidy ”
Very comfortable. Little out dated but effort made to make the place feel loved . Love the waterfall out the front, it’s a lovely as you step out of you car as you go to check in . Comfortable bed , clean room, and ocean view . There’s no toasters or microwaves in rooms only jug for tea making . Small fridge , iron and ironing board.

A great find”
I only needed an overnight stay en route to fnq. I was delighted with this quirky hotel. I booked a room facing the ocean. It was clean, comfy and with sunset and sunrise views. Such a pretty location with ample dining options nearby. Greenmount Beach House is where you will find me for any future visits to the Gold Coast.

What a lovely surprise - accommodation was excellent value - very very clean, bed confortable, facilities good, check in and check out excellent. Could not get better value for money. Really near Greenmount Beach and I had room 815 with balcony and beach views. Such a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Greenmount Beach House Was welcomed by staff upon arrival Nice clean rooms Balcony with views Close to restaurants, shopping and beach within walking distance The only thing we found was the beds a little too firm, but then some people like this. Staff are wonderful and helpful and a credit to management

Really enjoyed our stay here. Its clean, stylishly renovated, beds are comfortable, great location and the staff are lovely. Plenty of discounted rates around if its not a busy time - which adds to the attraction. my favourite thing is the location - so close to the beach and cafe and bars.

Clean, comfortable & perfect ”
Perfect location, close to the beach, the rooms are clean and facilities are lovely. The only downside is the small carpark but there is ample street parking and parking at the surf club carpark across the road, just a bit unsecured for overnight but otherwise the hotel itself is amazing.

Excellent position. Close to beach and in house pool. Very clean and comfortable. Secure parking a bonus. Excellent front of house staff and staff servicing the rooms. Balcony also a bonus. We would have enjoyed a couple more days.

Fantastic Value for Money”
Though the resort rooms need minor updating (rust marks, paint work etc..) overall they are clean and comfortable, and great value. Bed was extremely comfortable, new flooring looked great. Location- perfect! Will certainly be staying again!

Super convenient waking distance to shops beach lookout twin towns and more. Clean. Views. Small carpark but free parking around area is very helpful. Pleasant staff. Very cute tasteful refurbished decor for affordable accomm.

Just wanted to say I think the guy behind the desk is Derik anyway guy with beard awesome service friendly directed me where to go surf clubs and just had a A for welcoming you to feel happy . And I went there to just getaway from just life's troubles and to relax away from everything .eg Covid news and closers and work . Anyway cheers and thankyou

Great location”
Was a great location for food and the beach. Nice, clean hotel. Only downfall was that I was unable to get Uber or a cab to the airport for a 6am international flight. Might need to plan for other transport if you have an early flight!

We have been coming there since me and my partner have met for years ago every time we arrive there the staff are friendly hotels clean and great facilities would recommend Greenmount hotel to anybody I will definitely be back thanks again for a great stay

Greenmount has been there a long time. Lovely & clean, nice & fresh new carpet & extremely comfortable bed & pillows. Highly recommend nothing like a Sheraton or Marriott. Though location price, why go anywhere else.

Beach side paradise. ”
10 minute bus ride from airport. Wechad lovely quiet room overlooking rainbow beach. Staff very friendly and professional. They have washing machine and dryer. Loads of restaurants around. Great value for money. Will definitely stay again. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at Greenmount hotel.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location to the beach. However I wasn’t that pleased to have booked a Queen room and have 2 single beds pushed together with a sheet covering the mattresses. Sleeping in the middle of 2 singles is weird, I basically just had a single bed. Other than that, nice staff, parking available etc
